Shown is a picture of the ‘FBI MoneyPak Virus’ image that appeared after the virus infected and essentially locked down a local woman’s laptop after start up. The virus, which comes in several forms and looks, claims the user has violated federal law and wants a $200 payment via a MoneyPak card to ‘free’ the computer. The Mineral Wells woman was able to recover use of her laptop without a costly repair bill.
