ARM Executive Director Ted Oliver, left, and Douglas Manley, ARM associate director and its mens’ residential manager, stand outside the former Lil’ Sprouts day-care property at Wolters Industrial Park. ARM has executed an agreement to buy and rehab the two buildings to serve as residential substance abuse treatment centers for women, those who are single and those with children. ARM is now needing to raise funds to accomplish the purchase and remodeling plans. Oliver hopes to have the new facility operational in six months, he said.
