Fred and Barbara Mask, of Aledo, and Danny and Lois Oakley, of Mineral Wells, would like to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their niece, Paula Michelle Cross, to Lance Waylon Wampler, both of Peaster.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late Joe and Linda Green, of Mineral Wells. She is a mother to three wonderful children – Joey and Felicia Cross and Alexa Creamer. She has one sister, Shannon Spoon Bell of Mineral Wells. Paula is a 1991 graduate of Mineral Wells High School and a 2015 honors graduate of Tarleton State University. She is currently employed at Lonestar Ranch and Outdoors in Weatherford as an office manager.
The prospective groom is the son of Larry and Judy Wampler, of Mineral Wells. He is a father to two precious boys – Scout and Sawyer Wampler. Lance has one sister, Brandy Wampler Blaylock, of Peaster. Lance is a 1990 graduate of Mineral Wells High School and is currently employed at Strategy Oilfield Services in Mineral Wells as a service technician.
The couple plans to exchange vows on Feb. 29, 2016, in Las Vegas. In memory and honor of the bride’s mother, the ceremony will be performed at the Graceland Wedding Chapel. After their wedding, the couple will be welcomed home with a reception.
