Travis Students Excel in UIL Academic Meet

Many students from Travis Elementary competed in the annual UIL academic meet, which was held at McAnally Intermediate School in Aledo on Saturday, Jan. 26. Students and coaches alike had been working diligently since September preparing for this meet.

Contestants were able to compete in several different areas of study. Travis students competed against others in their grade levels from Springtown, Stephenville, Fort Worth Castleberry schools, and Aledo.

Travis was very well-represented in the meet; students placed in every single event that we entered!   Thank you so much to all the coaches, staff, and faculty who helped to make the meet a success.  Listed below are our 2012-2013 Travis UIL winners and participants.  Congratulations on a job well done!
