Halloween Hare Scare

Pictured are Destination Imagination’s witch and creepy monster rabbit, ‘Peter Rotten Tail.’ The eighth grade students are better known during the day as Molly Clarke and Caleb Bandy when not dressed in haunted house attire. DI’s eighth annual haunted house opens Saturday night at the District Services Complex, 906 S.W. 5th Ave. The house will also operate the evenings of Oct. 17, 18, 24 and 25. Hours are 7:30-10 p.m. Cost is $5 ‘per body.’ New features this year include The Rabbit Hole, Toxic River concessions and a slide with a ball pit outside for younger kids.
