Mr. and Mrs. Lance Howerton, of Mineral Wells, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Michelle Howerton, to Eric Becton of Corpus Christi, Texas.
He is the son of Wendell and Beate Becton of Corpus Christi, Texas.
Lisa is a 2003 graduate of Mineral Wells High School. She continued her education at Texas A&M University and graduated with honors in December 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. She is currently employed at Houston Elementary School in Mineral Wells.
Eric graduated from Texas A&M University in August 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication. He is currently attending graduate school at Texas A&M and will be awarded his Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems in May 2008.
The couple will marry on May 24, 2008, at Chandor Gardens in Weatherford, Texas.
