Rev. David and Pam Best of Mineral Wells would like to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Candace DeeAnn Tipton, to Carson Ray Rynders, son of Ray and Gayle Rynders of Abilene.

Candace is a graduate of Mineral Wells High and of Weatherford College Cosmetology. She is employed with SportClips in Fort Worth as a stylist and manager.

Carson is a graduate of Abilene High. He is employed with PetSmart in Weatherford as an operations manager. Carson is also the proud father of Bree and Matt Rynders of Humble.

The couple will reside in Fort Worth.

The couple has planned a wedding for 6 p.m., Aug. 16, 2008, at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Mineral Wells.
