United Way Fundraiser

The newest United Way of Palo Pinto County fundraiser – a raffle for a new golf cart and trailer – recently kicked with the sale of the first ticket to Mineral Wells Mayor Mike Allen,seated in the cart. The golf cart is gas-powered and comes with an 8-foot by 5-foot trailer. Tax, title and license are also included. The drawing will take place at the Crazy Water Festival on Oct. 11. Tickets are $20 each and can be purchased at the United Way office or at Bennett’s Office Supply. Also pictured is United Way President Brian Bennett.
