The Palo Pinto County Humane Society and Walden Farm and Ranch Supply will host a pet adoption, bake sale and vaccination clinic Saturday, providing something for everyone.
The humane society encourages dog owners to get their pets updated on Rabies and other shots, as well as get their pooches heartworm tested and microchipped.
During Saturdays’s adoption, the non-profit organization will host a bake sale to help raise funds for fostering and helping adopt out shelter animals and offering citizens low-cost spay and neuter assistance.
These evnts will take place at the Mineral Wells Walden’s, located at 196 Garrett Morris Parkway, just west of Sutherlands. The adoption/bake sale will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the vaccination clinic will go from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with Dr. Kelly Bruner.
The humane society has several foster dogs that need adopting into loving homes. Come see what’s available and leave with something sweet.
