Ten individuals, including seven children under the age of 16, were involved in a crash April 2 in Mineral Wells.
According to police reports, the crash happened just before 4 p.m. in the 3700 block of U.S. Highway 180 East.
None of the occupants were transported to the hospital and police did not receive any reports of injuries at the scene.
According to the investigator's report, a 2012 Dodge Durango driven by Kristine M. Duncan, 40, of Mineral Wells, was traveling east on U.S. 180 prior to the collision.
She reportedly stopped in the center turn lane as Ninfa P. Nanez, 35, of Mineral Wells, travelled westbound in a 2002 Chevrolet pickup truck.
As Nanez approached traffic stopped for a signal light, Duncan attempted to make a left turn and failed to yield for traffic in the right lane, police reported.
Nanez's truck struck Duncan's vehicle in the right rear, causing damage to both vehicles.
Duncan faces the charge of making an improper turn, the police report showed.
With dry road surfaces at the time of the crash, police listed only an unsafe turn as a contributing factor.
