Mineral Wells police report arrests

The Mineral Wells Police Department reported making the following arrests:

• Noe Andrade Aguirre, 30, of Mineral Wells, was arrested July 23 for no driver’s license, no insurance and placed on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.

• Justin Lee Bottorff, 19, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Thursday on a MWPD warrant for curfew violation and a Palo Pinto County Sheriff’s Office failure to appear warrant for assault.

• Marvin Antonio Eugene Burkett, 17, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Friday on possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, a MWPD warrant for minor in possession of tobacco, a MWPD warrant for minor in possession of tobacco, a MWPD warrant for fire code violation, a MWPD warrant for no seatbelt, two MWPD warrants for no driver’s license and two MWPD warrants for no insurance.

• Billy Joe Burks Jr., 27, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Sunday on 11 MWPD traffic warrants.

• Luis Raul Cantu, 20, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Sunday on seven MWPD traffic warrants.

• Lance Wilson Cason, 26, of Graford, was arrested Friday for no insurance and improper passing.

• Sandra Teresa Cobb, 28, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Friday for no driver’s license, failure to drive in a single marked lane and no insurance.

• Jane Louise Conradson, 46, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Saturday for public intoxication.

• Shanna Renee Davila, 37, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Friday on a Palo Pinto County Sheriff’s Office warrant for obstruction of highway.

• Pervis Fenner Jr., 54, of Mineral Wells, was arrested July 30 on a MWPD warrant for simple assault and a MWPD warrant for theft less than $50.

• David Alberto Flores, 19, of Mexico, was arrested Sunday on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.

• Kevin Joel Flores, 24, of Winters, was arrested Friday for assault-family violence and resisting arrest.

• Belynda Shantel Guerrero, 40, of Mineral Wells, was arrested Friday for theft greater than or equal to $50 and less than $500.

  • USDA processes 106,000 payments to farmers for grazing, livestock losses

    WASHINGTON — Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack recently provided a 12-week progress report on U.S. Department of Agriculture disaster assistance programs, announcing that USDA has processed 106,000 payments to farmers in 40 states across the country who suffered livestock and grazing losses between October 2011 and passage of the 2014 Farm Bill.

  • Richard Adams Sr. Hudson Oaks firefighter arrested on child sex assault charges

    HUDSON OAKS – A volunteer Hudson Oaks firefighter is in the Parker County Jail on charges he repeatedly sexually assaulted two young relatives over a several year period. Richard Frederick Adams Sr., 62, arrested Monday, faces two charges of continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14, a first-degree felony.
