Mineral Wells police investigators determined a wreck in the 1200 block of S.E. 1st Street Thursday morning was caused when one driver failed to stop at a stop sign.
Crash reports show Dustin Adam Rollings, 19, of Mineral Wells, was driving a 2004 Buick Ranier north on S.E. 12th Avenue and did not stop at the intersection with S.E. 1st Street.
According to police, Daniella Marie Fisher, 24, of Millsap, was driving her 1996 Toyota Corolla eastbound in the right lane of S.E. 1st Street when Rollings' vehicle struck the passenger side of her car.
The crash caused serious damage to both vehicles, police said, but all occupants escaped injury.
Rollings was the only occupant of his vehicle and Fisher had two passengers, Christy Troy, 27, and a 1-year-old female.
Reports show police issued Rollings a citation for running a stop sign.
All occupants were wearing wearing safety belts at the time of the crash and the youngest occupant was secured in a child safety seat.
