From STAFF REPORTS
Though he won't be in Palo Pinto County, 13th District U.S. Congressman Mac Thornberry is making four regional stops in a series of town hall events.
"People have serious concerns about the budget and debt, gun control, healthcare, and national security," Thornberry, R-Wichita Falls, said. "They want their voices to be heard and these conversations are one way I can listen to their concerns and they can share their ideas with me."
Any citizen within Thornberry's district is invited to attend the events, each of which are set for March 8.
The representative will make his first stop at 8:30 a.m., which will also be the closest opportunity for residents of Palo Pinto County.
He will be at the Jack County District Court Room, 100 N. Main St., in Jacksboro until 9:30 a.m.
Thornberry will then travel to Archer City and Knox City before hosting the final town hall event at 4 p.m. in Quanah.
