“Overall, I was pleased (with the first week of practices),” Eggleston said. “There are still many areas we can improve in, and once we start understanding each other I feel we will be successful.”
The coach said she was pleased with what she saw in scrimmages this past weekend against Western Hills and Glen Rose.
“Some areas that stood out were our serving and serve receive,” Eggleston said. “This is a team that is learning and growing, and I feel that the girls are ready to take on the next challenge.”
