FORT WORTH - Gilbert Castorena scored on touchdown runs of two, nine and 62 yards, and Colby Kissinger scored a touchdown each on offense and defense to lead the Mineral Wells Rams to a 57-0 victory over the Diamond Hill Eagles here Friday night in a District 6-3A contest at Handley Field.
The win elevates the Rams to 5-3 overall and 2-1 in district play.
Kissinger scored on a 21-yard run on offense, and on defense he reached the end zone on an 85-yard return after Hunter Moss blocked a field goal attempt.
Also, Caleb Acosta threw a TD pass to Jarrod Bennett; Josh Hardee had a 36-yard run to pay dirt; and Dan Reay Turk scored on a 39-yard quarterback keeper.
The Rams also earned a safety when Kolby Parks tackled Eagles QB Martin Rosales in the end zone.
