Many students, school employees, and community members enjoyed performances by Brock graduate Colin Cooper and Brock Junior Bailey Cockburn. The event was a great success for a worthy cause.
The Millsap Neighborhood Ladies Home and Garden Club's Lamplight Spaghetti Dinner, which was held on the evening of Feb. 8, had a crowd of over 200 people to enjoy the delicious meal. The community center was transformed into a lovely old-fashion restaurant all aglow with a variety of lanterns. There was a wonderful array of desserts to choose from at the Sweet Shoppe, and it almost sold out. Highlight items of the Raffle included a Kathleen Whiteway original handcrafted necklace and canvas print of an oil painting by Linda Whitehouse. The women are thankful to all who came and for the great support of the project. Everyone went away full and having had a great time!
