Fall festival, open house coming up

By Sharron Hudson | millsapnews@mineralwellsindex.com

MILLSAP – As we embrace the frequent changes to the fall weather, many events are coming up in the near future and many plans for upcoming events into November and December are being made by a number of our area organizations.

The weekend of Oct. 20-21 will offer both a Fall Festival and Open House. As both events have been previously detailed here, this is a reminder that Millsap schools will host the annual fall festival at the elementary school on Oct. 20, 6-9 p.m. There will be vendors, great games, monstrous obstacle courses and a lot of good visiting with the main purpose of this function being promotion of positive family fun.

The school week (Oct. 15-19) before the festival, will be National School Lunch Week, and Oct. 17 is Bring Your Parent to Lunch Day, with class and yearbook pictures also being taken that day. A busy week for the kids and parents!
