WEDNESDAY, JAN. 31

• ARREST – 100 block of S.E. 17th Avenue, 7:57 a.m. Robert E. Sanders III, 34, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a charge of theft of property under $100.

• ARREST – 200 block of South Oak Avenue, 12:20 p.m.Camilla R. Dison, 30, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on three outstanding warrants.

• ARREST – 300 block of S.E. 25th Avenue, 1:22 p.m. Brittany L. Harris, 30, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a probation violation warrant.

• INFORMATION – 3800 block of Ram Boulevard, 2:09 p.m. A report made regarding an issue occurring on social media.

• FRAUD – 1900 block of East Hubbard Street, 2:10 p.m. A bank reported fraudulent activity on a customer's account.

• FRAUD – 500 block of S.W. 13th Street, 3:21 p.m. A female reported her Social Security number was used without her permission.

• BURGLARY – 1700 block of S.W. 5th Avenue, 3:34 p.m. Someone broke the door of a storage shed to gain access.

• ARREST – 1300 block of FM Road 2256, 4:56 p.m. Timothy H. O'Bryant, 56, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding city warrant.

• ASSAULT – 800 block of S.W. 25th Street, 7:34 p.m. A juvenile said her father hit her in the face.

• FORGERY – 100 block of S.E. 25th Avenue, 10:06 p.m. A female purchased food using a counterfeit $100 bill.

• THREATS – 1400 N.W. 1st Avenue, 11 p.m. Complainant's son is being harassed by his girlfriend's father.

THURSDAY, FEB. 1

• THEFT – 1400 block of S.W. 8th Avenue, 8:56 a.m. A male subject said pills were stolen from his nightstand.

• INFORMATION – 1300 block of S.E. 14th Avenue, 8:57 a.m. Investigation into a substance found in a junior high school student's backpack.

• ARREST – 200 block of South Oak Avenue, 9:11 a.m. Casyopia P. Valadez, 35, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding city warrant.

• CHILD INJURY – 300 block of Tournament Lane, 12:44 p.m. CPS reported a possible injury to a child case.

• WELFARE CHECK – 500 block of MH 379, 1:40 p.m. A 3-year-old child was found roaming in the middle of MH 379.

• ARREST – 100 block of Washington Street, 1:57 p.m. Timonty W. Caskey, 37, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding city warrant.

• NARCOTICS – 700 block of North Oak Avenue, 3:25 p.m.

• ASSAULT – 1200 block of S.W. 12th Avenue, 4:28 p.m. A female was reportedly assaulted by a classmate at her home.

FRIDAY, FEB. 2

• TRAFFIC ARREST – 200 block of Ellis White Road, 3:05 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Michael W. Halse, 24, of Mineral Wells, on charges of driving with an invalid license and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

• ARREST – 6800 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 12:21 p.m. A disorderly conduct call resulted in the arrest of Darcy E. Alday, 24, of Mineral Wells, on a county arrest warrant and a parole violation warrant.

• DEATH – 700 block of S.W. 16th Street, 1:03 p.m. A male on hospice passed away.

• WRECK – N.W. 3rd Street and N.W. 2nd Avenue, 4:41 p.m. A female driving the wrong way on a one-way street struck another vehicle.

SATURDAY, FEB. 3

• ASSAULT – 2200 block of East Hubbard Street, 12 a.m. A female was assaulted.

• THEFT – 300 block of N.W. 10th Street, 7:03 a.m. A male said his girlfriend took his clothes.

• ARREST – 1100 block of N.E. 4th Avenue, 7:47 a.m. A female allegedly assaulted her sister. Mindi K. Motley, 48, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a charge of assault of a family member causing bodily injury.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1700 block of N.W. 4th Avenue, 7:12 a.m. A house was vandalized.

• VEHICLE THEFT – 100 block of Country Club Parkway, 7:29 a.m. Theft of a vehicle reported.

• THEFT – 1300 block of N.E. 23rd Street, 10:22 a.m. Items reported stolen from a church.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1000 block of Horton Lane, 11:39 a.m. Signs destroyed and damaged.

• ASSAULT – 6800 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 12:59 p.m. A female said a known male assaulted her.

• ARRESTS – 1600 block of S.W. 5th Avenue, 4:01 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrests of Raquel F. Ortiz Florez, 41, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding city warrant and charges of driving with an invalid license and expired vehicle registration; and Eduardo D. Gonzalez, 19, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding county warrant and a probation violation warrant.

• STALKING – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 7:02 p.m. A female said her ex-boyfriend was stalking her at a store. Dillion C. Barnett, 22, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a charge of stalking and on an outstanding city warrant.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 200 block of N.W. 31st Street, 7:01 p.m. A male reportedly assaulted his father. Lattie Shane M. Reagan, 27, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a charge of assaulting a family member causing bodily injury.

SUNDAY, FEB. 4

• ARREST – 2000 block of East Hubbard Street, 1:58 a.m. A male was found unresponsive in a restaurant's drive-thru lane. Estanislao C. Candelaria, 27, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.

• UNATTENDED DEATH – 900 block of S.E. 4th Avenue, 4:54 a.m. Inquiry made into an unattended death, No foul play is suspected, according to police.

• DRUG ARREST – 1300 block of North Oak Avenue, 6:47 a.m. Dawana L. Gill, 56, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram and possession of a dangerous drug.

• FOUND NARCOTICS – 1800 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 9:36 a.m. A store clerk found drugs inside a box that was inside the store.

• THEFT – 400 block of S.E. 17th St. Report of an online retailer not shipping purchased items.

• RUNAWAY – 700 block of S.E. 16th Street, 11:39 a.m. A juvenile possibly ran away.

• ARREST – 700 block of North Oak Avenue, 1:20 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Ana K. Spencer, 26, of Poolville, on an outstanding Parker County warrant.

• THEFT – 300 block of N.W. 3rd Street, 1:29 p.m. A female said her cell phone was stolen the previous night.

• THEFT – 2500 block of S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, 3:52 p.m. A jewelry box was reportedly stolen from a porch.

• THEFT – 900 block of S.W. 19th Street, 6 p.m. Complaint of a juvenile male stealing a video game control from a residence.

• ARREST – 1000 block of N.W. 1st Avenue, 7:03 p.m. Police said after having a hallucinogenic episode caused by an apparent drug, James A. Brinkley, 39, of Graford, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.

MONDAY, FEB. 5

• TRAFFIC ARREST – 100 block of S.E. 3rd Avenue, 1:16 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Yosio U. Garay Garcia, 24, of Mineral Wells, on a charge of expired driver's license.

• WELFARE CHECK – 400 block of N.W. 22nd Street, 6:59 a.m. A female said she was concerned about conversations she was having.

• THEFT – 200 block of South Oak Avenue, 8:25 a.m. Missing bond payment reported.

• THEFT – 900 block of Hood Road, 11:35 a.m. Copper wire stolen.

• ARRESTS – 100 block of N.W. 13th Street, 2:15 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrests of four females. Teresa G. Hubble, 36, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram; Rachel S. Johnson, 22, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and on an outstanding county warrant; Jasmine N. Kitchcart, 26, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia; and Kandie M. Valley, 29, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding city warrant.

• FIGHT – 1300 block of S.W. 12th Avenue, 6:55 p.m. Two juveniles were fighting.

• ARREST – 800 block of South Oak Avenue, 11:34 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Ashley D. Wiltse, 28, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding county arrest warrant.

TUESDAY, FEB. 6

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 10 block of Cliff Drive, 8:53 a.m. Vehicle burglary reported.

• DRUG ARREST – 1100 block of S.E. 18th Street, 9:35 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Divone L. Ward, 28, of Mineral Wells, on a charge of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and on an outstanding county arrest warrant.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 3600 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 10:51 a.m. A window was broken.

• ARREST – 2000 block of S.E. 21st Street, 1:07 p.m. Grace E. Costilla, 27, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding city warrant and a county warrant.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 200 block of S.W. 17th Street, 7:21 p.m. A male patron damaged a window to a business door during an argument.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 7

• ARREST – 200 block of West Hubbard Street, 8:15 a.m. An arrest on an outstanding city warrant was made.

• CRIMINAL TRESPASS – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 11:01 a.m.

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 2300 block of Springhill Court, 12:22 p.m.

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 3200 block of N.W. 4th Avenue, 12:23 p.m.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1300 block of S.E. 8-1/2 Street, 3:41 p.m.

• AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – 700 block of Brazos Drive, 8:03 p.m. Aggravated assault of a date/household/family member with a weapon.
