County has dedicated elections staff
Dear Editor,
I would like to take a moment to let the voters of Palo Pinto County what a great election staff they have.
I was there and observed how hard they work to make the election go smooth for everyone. They seem to get a lot of negative reaction form the voters for taking the time to make sure the results from the election are correct before they post the results. I saw firsthand the dedication of the workers and the hard work and hours they put in to make sure every thing is correct before the release any results.
The voters of Palo Pinto County are very lucky to have Ms. Bobbie Smith and her election staff working for them.
Patricia Griffin, Omaha, Neb.
Thanks to the people at SEI
Dear Editor,
To loved ones at SEI, thanks everyone so much for giving their hearts and prayers to Raul Menchaca and his family. There really aren’t any words to express how we feel about what you have done for us and him, he had so many friends and family. We consider everyone at
SEI as family.
Raul was a special person. He had his own personality and he showed it. We all fell in love with him in every way, but none of this would have been possible if it wasn’t for loved ones (SEI). We know right now he and God are looking down on us from above.
Still wishing he was with us all, he loved his job and kept this job longer than any job he ever had. He would always come home bragging to his wife and kids whom he loved dearly about how great it was. Every person was a somebody to him whom he cared about and loved. He always told everybody to keep theirs head up and look down on the bad things.
SEI has done so much for him and his family, we can never repay you all. The only thing we can do is keep everyone in our hearts. We know we will never forget what you’ve done for all of us. He will always be in our hearts and souls.
Most of all we would like to thank Jeff Sitton and Curtis Best. They took time out of their
busy schedules to make this miracle happen, along with people in the office such as
Renae, Ray, and so on.
Raul had many pushers such as Chad, Big Ed, Johnathon, Zach and his own pusher, Elias Cienega, and hands who always wanted to see him in his cowboy hard hat and smile under it, gloves on and ready to go to work. He would help his company in any way he could.
Thanks again for everything ya’ll have done. We will never forget anyone, and he wouldn’t either.
R.I.P. Raul Menchaca - Nov. 16, 1983-Oct. 17, 2008.
Love to all,
His wife, Amy Menchaca, Elias Cienega and family
