Dear Editor:

On behalf of the Palo Pinto General Hospital Auxiliary, I want to thank those that attended our 9th annual dinner and fashion show. It was a huge success because you attended. A special thanks to our numerous sponsors who continue each year by supporting our event through contributions. There were too many to mention, but you know who you are. Special thanks go out to First Financial Bank which donated our grand door prize of $1,000. Betty Fisher was the lucky winner!!

A special thank you goes out to the Mineral Wells High School for allowing us to utilize their beautiful facilities for our event. Dennis Ploeger and his crew from PPGH prepared a delicious dinner. We appreciate so much the advertising we received from the Mineral Wells Index and Lake Country Sun.

I can’t forget our Emcee for the evening. We were fortunate to have Rhonda Patterson with us this year. She did a fantastic job keeping our program moving and entertaining the crowd too.  Adam Hull provided the wonderful music for the evening.

The Auxiliary wants to thank the businesses that participated and their lovely models. Without their assistance, there would be no fashion show. The models were wonderful and the beautiful merchandise that was showcased was just incredible.

We hope you enjoyed the evening and hope you will look forward to our 10th annual dinner and fashion show in 2014!
