Restaurant a Surprise!
To the Editor,
Hats off to Chubby’s BBQ and Grill! Owner Deborah and Chef Fernando should be commended for the delicious, healthy food that is being served.
My mother-in-law and I stopped there to eat lunch after church on Sunday. What a surprise we received when reviewing their menu. The grilled, fresh, vegetables were delicious and seasoned with fresh herbs and the presentation was awesome. Homemade soup, salads that were made with more than one kind of lettuce and greens, and even homemade house dressings for the salads were available.
Grilled or blackened tilapia, steaks, salmon, chicken and not to forget the variety of fresh baked desserts.
If you haven’t visited this restaurant lately, I urge you to stop by. Prices are very reasonable and the service was exceptional.
All who entered received a warm greeting and smile from Deborah, the owner. They made us feel like we were the only patrons there.
