By Kay Mealio | kaymealio@embarqmail.com

PERRIN – Perrin-Whitt Elementary students extend an invitation to all in the community to attend their Tribute to Veterans on Nov. 9 at 9 a.m. in the elementary school gym.

Perrin-Whitt school yearbooks are on sale for $40, or if you buy more than one each additional is $35. You can purchase yearbooks online at www.balfour.com. Type in Perrin High School, click on the yearbook and follow directions, or you can order one the conventional way by contacting school librarian B.J. Cox at (940) 798-3845, ext. 236.

Kelsey Hutton attended the State Fair of Texas and made the sale with her barrow and placed second in class with her heifer. She also attended the Houston Calf Scramble Show, in Humble, where she placed third in her class.

The PHS Treasurettes would like to invite students of Perrin-Whitt grades seven to 12 to come dance with them at the last home football game on Nov. 2.
