LOCAL RELIGION BRIEFS: Reign and Shine Conference is Friday and Saturday

• Reign and Shine Women’s Conference with Michele Perry at Well of Life Church, 2514 U.S. Highway 180 East, Mineral Wells, TX 76067 is today from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, June 21, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Register at Well of Life Church by calling (940) 325-0755 or go to www.welloflife.org. Pre-registration is $15 per person or $25 for a mother and daughter. At the door is $20 per person, or $30 for a mother and daughter. Women ages 12 and up. Lunch provided Saturday. Child care not provided. Michele is a testimony of God’s ability to overcome impossibility. Michele will be speaking to us and encouraging us to Reign and Shine. • Vacation Bible School at Calvary Baptist Church. Theme is “Gangway to Galilee.” It takes place Sunday through Friday, kindergarten to sixth grade, 6-8 p.m. For more information call the church at 940-328-1128.

• Intercessory Prayer Warrior Crusade presents “Such a Great Cloud of Witnesses,” a  four-day revival, June 26-29 at Mt. Olive A.M.E. Methodist Church, 611 S.W. 1st Ave., in Mineral Wells. Thursday night 6:30 p.m. guest speaker is Youth Pastor Taylor Tomlin, Church of God, Mineral Wells, Senior Pastor Jerrell Tomlin; Friday night 7:30 p.m. guest speaker is evangelist Ella Lee Coaster, Rolling Hills C.O.G.I.C., Fort Worth; Saturday afternoon 2 p.m. guest speaker is Senior Pastor Gary Word, City View Community Church; Sunday afternoon 3 p.m. guest speaker is Senior Pastor Mae Smith, Mt. Olive A.M.E. Methodist Church.

• First Baptist Church of Millsap is hosting a KidzArt Kamp on Saturday, June 28, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. This camp is free and is open to all children who have just completed kindergarten through fifth grade. The campers will have opportunities to experience different types of art such as basketball stomp, singing, painting, movement, dance, LEGO creations, creative writing, jewelry making, instrument playing and other types of musical adventures. Lunch is included and the community is encouraged to bring their children to this one-day opportunity!
