The campaign started Nov. 1 and ended at noon on Dec. 24 with a drawing.

The $1,500 grand-prize went to Linda Stephen, of Bryan, Texas. Mineral Wells resident Jim Davis took the $750 shopping-spree prize and Tabitha Cienega, also of Mineral Wells, won the $500 prize.

“We had a lot of fun with our Shop Local and Win! Merchant of the Week this year as well, giving out double the recognitions over last year,” she added.
