Playoff series' set for Rams, Lady Rams

Rams face Alvarado; Lady Rams square off with No. 6 Burkburnett

Playoff dates, times and locations have been set for the Mineral Wells Lady Rams softball team and the Rams baseball team.

The Lady Rams will face state-ranked No. 6 Burkburnett in a best-of-three regional quarterfinals series.

Game one will be at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Kessler Field on the campus of Mineral Wells High School.

Game two will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Burkburnett, with game three, if necessary, to follow game two.

The Rams will face Alvarado in a best-of-three area championship series.

Game one will be at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Alvarado.

Game two will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Kessler Field on the campus of Mineral Wells High School, with game three, if necessary, to follow game two.
