Local officers were dispatched to a reported burglary Friday, in the 1800 block of North Oak Avenue.
According to reports, officers determined the former buisiness’ side door had been forced open and an array of property was taken.
Police said missing items included a phone, debit card machine, assorted hand tools, automotive goods, a generator and other assorted goods.
During the investigation, officers reportedly found evidence leading to an address near the scene of the burglary.
Upon making contact with the homeowner, investigators recovered the stolen property and arrested three individuals.
Gage Lee Perez, 17, Ramiro Manuel Vila, 17, and one juvenile, were arrested on suspicion of burglary of a building.
Storage shed swindler
Police received the report of a burglary Sunday in the 200 block of N.W. 23rd Street.
According to the complainant, someone entered an unlocked storage building at the location and removed a bicycle, mini-bike, word processor, and video gaming system.
The report did not include an estimated value of the missing property.
