A recent press release from the Texas Veterans Commission announced the creation of the “Texas Veteran Entrepreneur and Business Department Program.”
This program will promote veteran business ownership and connect veterans with the necessary resources for the successful launch, operation and growth of their business.
The Texas Veterans Commission has appointed Duncan McGhee, an Army veteran, with a BA degree in Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, to head the program. McGhee has 25 years of experience working in start-up environments and growing companies in the private sector, making him the ideal candidate for the position.
