Following are reports filed by Mineral Wells police based on calls for service for the period Oct. 24-31. Not all calls for service result in a filed report.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 24

• SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY – 2700 block of S.W. 10th Avenue, 12:15 a.m. A report of suspicious activity around a residence.

• ARREST – 2800 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 3:16 a.m. A suspicious person call resulted in the arrest of Douglas P. Slate Jr., 33, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding county warrant.

• FOUND PROPERTY – 700 block of S.E. 1st Street, 3:25 p.m. A purse was left at a restaurant.

• THEFT – 2300 block of S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, 4:44 p.m. A male reported a missing phone.

• HIT-AND-RUN – 1700 block of S.E. 14th Avenue, 7:30 p.m. A vehicle struck a business sign and left the scene without providing information.

• ARREST – 2500 block of East Hubbard Street, 9:13 p.m. Ashley D. Lilienthal, 25, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on two felony warrants out of Parker County.

• ARREST – 700 block of Morningside Drive, 10:35 p.m. Sheldon E. Hawkins Jr., 22, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding county warrant.

• ARREST – 100 block of South Oak Avenue, 11:43 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Casey D. Royer, 20, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility and possession of drug paraphernalia.

THURSDAY, OCT. 25

• ARREST – 1800 block of N.W. 3rd Avenue, 2:21 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Bryson L. Williams, 18, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• ARREST – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 1:27 a.m. Edward Deary III, 32, of Rockwall, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of property theft $100-$750 and failure to identify by giving fictitious information.

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 500 block of S.E. 8-1/2 Street, 7:58 a.m. Someone entered a vehicle and stole items.

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 800 block of S.E. 2nd Street, 8:30 a.m. Vehicle burglary reported.

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 300 block of N.E. 7th Avenue, 9:04 a.m. Vehicle burglary reported.

• ARREST – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 10:15 a.m. A shoplifting call resulted in the arrest of Stacy L. Herring, 42, of Weatherford, on a misdemeanor charge of property theft $100-$750.

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 800 block of N.E. 5th Street, 10:51 a.m. A vehicle was entered and items reported stolen.

• MISSING PERSON – 100 block of S.W. 3rd Street, 11:45 a.m. A female was reported as missing.

• ARRESTS – 1000 block of S.W. 22nd Street, 12:27 p.m. Reported theft of a lawnmower resulted in the arrests of Shane C. Albright, 19, of Mineral Wells; Simon C. Sheehan, 18, of Mineral Wells; and Nathan R. Thacker, 18, of Mineral Wells, each on a misdemeanor charge of property theft under $100.

• JUVENILE ISSUE – 300 block of S.W. 13th Street, 1:36 p.m. A child was removed from a classroom and was picked up by their parent.

• ARREST – 100 block of Washington Avenue, 4:15 p.m. Stacey L. Paul, 32, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a probation violation warrant.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 700 block of North Murco Drive, 5:57 p.m. An elderly couple argued.

• HARASSMENT – 2800 block of North Murco Drive, 6:45 p.m. A man said he is being harassed.

FRIDAY, OCT. 26

• ARREST – 200 block of S.W. 13th Street, 2:04 a.m. A suspicious person report resulted in the arrest of Robert G. Schmittling Jr., 52, of Abilene, on a parole violation warrant.

• ARREST – 100 block of S.E. 6th Street, 5:35 a.m. Sandra M. Kimbrell, 52, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of assault by threat and two counts of interfering with public duties.

• ARREST – 200 block of S.W. 25th Avenue, 9:24 a.m. A domestic assault that reportedly resulted in injuries to a female resulted in the arrest of Zackary L. Nickel, 27, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of assault of a family/household member causing bodily injury.

• ARRESTS – 500 block of S.W. 2nd Street, 10:18 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrests of Lindsey D. Cox, 26, of Weatherford, on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia; and KylerL. Kearns, 26, of Mineral Wells, on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram and misdemeanor charges of no driver's license, failure to maintain financial responsibility and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• ARREST – 2200 block of S.E. 4th Avenue, 3:18 p.m. A welfare concern resulted in the arrest of Joshua L.Kiker, 40, of Center Point, on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.

• ASSAULT – 600 block of State Street, Weatherford, 3:08 p.m. A female was reportedly assaulted by her juvenile nephew.

• INFORMATION – 4300 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 5:31 p.m. The complainant told police a vehicle at a dealership was taken before paperwork was finalized.

• INFORMATION – 900 block of N.W. 10th Street, 7:59 p.m. A report of an elderly woman possibly attempting to overdose.

• HARASSMENT – 300 block of North Oak Avenue, 8:57 p.m. A complaint of harassment in the workplace.

• AGGRAVATED ROBBERY – 3100 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 10:21 p.m. A male subject told police he was pistol-whipped and his wallet, purse and phone were stolen by an unknown male on a bicycle.

SATURDAY, OCT. 27

• ARREST – 105 block of Carl Kessler Boulevard, 12:33 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Mathew J. Rich, 17, of Weatherford, on misdemeanor charges of failure to control speed and running a red light.

• ARREST – 100 block of Garrett Morris Parkway, 12:31 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Cayden B. Skaggs, 18, of Millsap, on misdemeanor charges of no seat belt, speeding 25-plus mph over the speed limit and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• THREAT – 2000 block of East Hubbard Street, 3:19 a.m. The complainant said a co-worker clinched his fist at him after telling the person they were lazy at work.

• VIOLATION – 300 block of Country Club Parkway. A male reportedly violated a protective order.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 2900 block of N.E. 2nd Street, 9:31 a.m. A window at an apartment complex was broken.

• FOUND PROPERTY – 6800 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 10 a.m. A pistol was left behind by a guest in a hotel room.

• INFORMATION – 2000 block of S.E. 21st Street, 11:25 a.m. A teen-aged female returned home after being truant from school for a week.

• ARREST – 900 block of S.W. 23rd Street, 6:47 p.m. Karen L. Shipman, 50, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of assault/family violence by contact.

• GUN SHOTS – 900 block of S.W. 13th Street, 8 p.m. A man said a dog was attacking another dog inside his residence, so he was forced to shoot the aggressive dog.

• INJURY – 600 block of S.E. 18th Street, 8:43 p.m. Police said a man in a wheelchair was intoxicated and attempted to go up a hill. He was unable to make it and the wheelchair ended up rolling back down the hill and rolled, throwing the man who hit his head. He was flown to a Fort Worth hospital with a head injury.

• ARRESTS – 500 block of N.W. 2nd Street, 11:59 p.m. Two fighting females resulted in the arrests of Heather L. Choate, 31, of Millsap, and Belva L. McGee, 43, of Mineral Wells, both on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct-assault.

SUNDAY, OCT. 28

• ARREST – 300 block of S.W. 8th Street, 1:13 a.m. A domestic disturbance call resulted in the arrest of David L. Mayo, 21, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding city warrant.

• ARREST – 900 block of S.E. 2nd Avenue, 12:24 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Nicholas L. Stinedurf, 38, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of driving while license invalid and expired vehicle registration.

• ARRESTS – 500 block of S.E. 25th Avenue, 2:22 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrests of Melissa W. Evans, 46, of Mineral Wells, on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance less tan 1 gram and tampering with/fabricating physical evidence, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia; and Donna L.Watson, 52, of Millsap, on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram and tampering with/fabricating physical evidence, and a misdemeanor charge of driving with an invalid license.

• LOST PROPERTY – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 5:27 p.m. A wallet was reported lost in a store parking lot.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 2300 block of Springhill Court, 5:34 p.m. A residence was vandalized.

• ARREST – 1100 block of West Hubbard Street, 9:36 p.m. Tanner R. Tuggle, 27, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated.

• ASSAULTS – 1007 block of S.E. 24th Street, 9:09 p.m. A male subject reportedly assaulted multiple individuals at a residence.

• THREATS – 500 block of S.W. 8th Street, 10:06 p.m. A female said another female made a verbal assault with threats.

MONDAY, OCT. 29

• ARREST – 100 block of N.E. 6th Avenue, 3:22 a.m. Jose G. Rodriguez, 35, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on s misdemeanor charge of violation of bond/protective order, and on an outstanding city warrant.

• ARREST – 700 block of Mesquite Street, 8:09 a.m. Items were reportedly stolen from a vehicle. Jarrett S. Heddins, 19, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of property theft $100-$750.

• ARREST – 100 block of MH 379, 1:16 p.m. Melissa K. Pontremoli, 42, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding county warrant.

• ARRESTS – 300 block of N.W. 4th Street, 2:21 p.m. Canessa D. Blunt, 25, of Mineral Wells, and Christopher L. McBee, 33, of Mineral Wells, were each arrested on a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass.

• ARREST – 200 block of South Oak Avenue, 3:39 p.m. Ralph M.Smith, 53, of Amarillo, turned himself in to police and was charged on a parole violation warrant.

• ARREST – 2800 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 2:53 p.m. A domestic disturbance call resulted in the arrest of Briahana L. Cape, 18, of Mineral Wells, on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram and assaulting a public servant, and misdemeanor charges of assault of a family member causing bodily injury and resisting arrest/search/transport.

• CRIMINAL TRESPASS – 200 block of N.E. 11th Street, 10:18 p.m. A residence was entered and medication taken.

TUESDAY, OCT. 30

• ARREST – 1100 block of N.W. 3rd Avenue, 2:30 a.m. Devin J. Hopkins, 23, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a parole violation warrant.

• ARREST – 100 block of N.E. 11th Street, 8:59 a.m. Ashton J.Smith, 29, of Mineral Wells, was arrested two outstanding county warrants and on a parole violation warrant.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 11:36 a.m. A male reportedly stole a helmet off of a motorcycle.

• FRAUD – Windmill Road, 12:29 p.m. A male reported he was scammed by an unknown female.

• WARRANTS – 100 block of S.E. 17th Avenue, 3:44 p.m.

• ARREST – 700 block of S.E. 1st Street, 4:30 p.m. Oliver Cooper III, 52, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.

• ARREST – 200 block of S.W. 5th Street, 6:44 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Caci D. Porter, 35, of Mineral Wells, on a probation violation warrant.

• HARASSMENT – 600 block of N.E. 1st Street, 6:25 p.m. A report of continued harassment.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 31

• THEFT – 100 block of Garrett Morris Parkway, 11:17 a.m. Property theft $100-$750 reported.
