PALO PINTO – A Palo Pinto County grand jury last week returned 32 felony indictments for its September session.

Twenty-two indictments remained sealed as of Monday morning, pending the arrests of the persons charged. The open indictments returned were:

• Jermaine Nathaniel Camden – injury to a child.

• Gilbert Castorena Jr.– aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.

• Julian T. Crocker – possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.

• April Gail Glatt, aka April Gail Baker – possession of a prohibited substance in a correctional facility.

• Joseph Kyle Gothard – unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• Joseph Kyle Gothard – fraudulent use/possession of identifying information less than five items.

• Jerry Duane Holder – burglary of a habitation.

• Devin James Hopkins, aka Devia James Hopkins – unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• Nicholas Alexander Huddleston – possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.

• Mark Anthony King – criminal mischief, $2,500-$30,000.

• Tylor Daniel Medlin – burglary of a building.

• Solomon Levi Pettifield – assault/family violence with a previous conviction.

• Jose Guadalupe Rodriguez – possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less tan 1 gram.

• Robert Hayden Smart – theft of service $2,500-$30,000.

• Colby Ray Spoon – possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.

• River Lane Vasquez – possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.

• Terrie Alan Wallace – theft with prior convictions.

• Debra Marie Wright, aka Debbie M. Perez – theft with prior convictions.

• Reeves Vincent Yakubanksi – driving while intoxicated-third or more offense.

• Brooke Nicole Harris – possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.

• April Torres – theft with prior convictions.

• Dora Lynn Torres – theft with prior convictions.

• Milburn Sercy Guinn Jr. – tampering with physical evidence.
