PALO PINTO COUNTY – A new Palo Pinto County grand jury was impaneled last week for a six-month term, and returned 18 felony indictments.

Three indictments were sealed pending the arrests of persons charged.

The 15 open indictments returned were:

• Darren Alan Berkley – possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.

• Robin Leann Bush, aka Robin Leann Beard – forgery by passing.

• Kandas Marie Cain, aka Kanda Marie Cain – assault of a pregnant woman.

• Kandas Marie Cain, aka Kanda Marie Cain – two counts of reckless injury to a child.

• Armando Castillo Jr. – possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, 4-200 grams.

• Mariano Pete Coronado – unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

• Tyler Jay Crouch – possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.

• Destiny Denise Frisbie – hindering apprehension of a known felon.

• Octavia James Knox – possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.

• Lonnie Borden Lovern Jr. – driving while intoxicated-third offense or more.

• Jeremy Charles Meredith – boating while intoxicated-third offense or more.

• Clay Dalton Neeley – possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, 1-4 grams.

• Jacob Floyd Shelton – failure to comply with registration requirements.

• Jacob Aaron Carl Tankersly – aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

• Jeremy Ronell Wooten – injury to a child.
