Zonta Club of Mineral Wells will sponsor a delightful tour of homes on Dec. 5.
This is the 25th year for this fundraiser. All monies go to service projects locally and those recommended by Zonta International.
The tour will include five homes and the First Presbyterian Fellowship Hall for refreshments and entertainment. Those stopping at the center will hear music from various groups of the band department of MWISD, directed by Trent Kendrick. First Presbyterian Church organist Martha Suther will also play the magnificent organ in the sanctuary from 3-4 p.m. for those on tour.
Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased from members of the Zonta Club. Pre-sale tickets are $15. Tickets at the door of each of the six stops are $17.
The five homes on this year’s tour are:
• David and Allison Adams’ home, 2101 N.W. 4th Ave.
• Betty Couch, 2802 Hilley Drive.
• Kenneth and Sheri Hale, 1792 Pleasant Valley Road.
• Lofts & Hospitality, 104 N.E. 2nd St.
• Clay and Rhonda Powell, 3008 South Murco Drive.
The Hale home, 1792 Pleasant Valley Road
The home of Kenneth and Sheri Hale is located two miles off U.S. Highway 180 West on Pleasant Valley Road going toward Palo Pinto
The hills are scenic and the drive to the Hale's home takes you far away from the hustle and bustle of city life to a peaceful country home filled with holiday spirit.
This two-story home was built in June and has approximately 3,300 square feet, plus a garage. Every room is filled with lovely Christmas decorations that blend with the décor in a pleasing way. The spacious yards are to die for. Don’t miss it!
