A multi-agency coalition formed last year to combat the effects of children living amid drug abuse is planning its first annual Awareness Day rally.

According to a press release, the Palo Pinto Alliance for Drug Endangered Children will host the rally 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Mineral Wells High School.
