Following are reports filed by Mineral Wells police based on calls for service for the period Jan. 8-15. Not all calls for service result in a filed report:

WEDNESDAY, JAN. 8

• ARREST – 200 block of South Oak Avenue, 9:09 a.m. Arrested at the police department on a warrant was Corey D. Trevathan, 39, of Mineral Wells, charged with misdemeanor harassment.

• ARREST – 300 block of Ellis White Road, 9:11 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the reported arrest of Christopher L. Pagan, 42, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of driving with an invalid license with a previous conviction/suspension.

• WRECK – 2800 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 10:22 a.m.

• BURGLARY – 1900 block of S.E. 1st Street, 12:06 p.m. A building burglary resulted in the reported theft of a vehicle.

• ARREST – 200 block of S.W. 8th Street, 12:14 p.m. Dawn M. Hawkins, 53, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.

• ASSAULT – 400 block of S.W. 25th Avenue, 3:15 p.m. Police met with a complainant at the hospital who reported being in a fight 11 days earlier but declined to give further information.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT – S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street and S.E. 9th Avenue, 4:24 p.m. A dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend.

• NARCOTICS – 600 block of S.E. 13th Avenue, 6:04 p.m. A female said her mother overdosed on an unknown substance.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1800 block of S.E. 18th Street, 6:01 p.m. A vehicle was vandalized a couple of days prior.

• HARASSMENT – 1200 block of North Oak Avenue, 7:06 p.m. A female reported she is being harassed.

• ARREST – 2300 block of N.W. 2nd Avenue, 10:05 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Jackie D. Thomas, 54, of Weatherford, on a misdemeanor charge of driving with an invalid license with a previous conviction/suspension.

• THEFT – 200 block of Evergreen Drive, 9:12 p.m. Jewelry and perfume were reportedly stolen from a residence.

THURSDAY, JAN. 9

• THEFT – 100 block of FM Road 1821 North, 1:16 a.m. Two females allegedly stole money from a male's hotel room.

• PROPERTY – 200 block of South Oak Avenue, 5:57 a.m. A male who was taken to the hospital left his bicycle at the police department, which was stored for safekeeping.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1700 block of S.E. 13th Street, 11:55 a.m.

• TRESPASSING – 1300 block of S.E. 14th Avenue. A criminal trespass warning was issued a student sent to the school district's alternative education campus.

• FORGERY – 100 block of North Oak Avenue, 3:06 p.m. Police were called to the county's motor vehicle registration office in regards to a report that a man forged a woman's signature on a vehicle title form.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1000 block of S.E. 8th Street, 5:46 p.m. A resident said a neighbor damaged a fence with fire.

• BURGLARY – 300 block of Evergreen Drive, 6:17 p.m. Residential burglary reported.

FRIDAY, JAN. 10

• WRECK – 2300 block of South Oak Avenue, 12:06 a.m.

• ARREST – 1700 block of S.W. 4th Avenue, 12 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Steven R. Auld Jr., 20, of Mineral Wells,on a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession under 2 ounces.

• ASSAULT – 2400 block of N.E. 4th Street, 12:31 a.m. A female was reportedly assaulted by her boyfriend during a domestic disturbance.

• ARREST – 300 block of S.W. 3rd Avenue, 7:35 a.m. Robin K. Olivarez, 29, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.

• THEFT – 100 block of Garrett Morris Parkway, 1:28 p.m. The bank deposit from the previous day's store receipts was reported missing.

• WRECK – 800 S.E. 1st Street, 2:34 p.m.

• WRECK – 4400 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 2:48 p.m.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 6:31 p.m. A subject was issued a citation for theft at a store.

• ARRESTS – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 8:37 p.m. Two women were arrested at a store. Janel L. Zazio, 57, of Lewisville, and Jenny S. Flores, 39, of Abilene, were each charged with misdemeanor property theft under $100 with a previous conviction.

• DOMESTIC DISPUTE – 400 block of N.W. 25th Street, 11:16 p.m. Police said a man took his wife's phone to prevent her from calling police.

SATURDAY, JAN. 11

• WRECK – 2600 block of U.S. Highway 281 North, 1:17 a.m.

• WRECK – 3700 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 5:53 a.m.

• VEHICLE THEFTS – 4300 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 9:51 a.m. A car dealership was burglarized resulting in the theft of two sets of keys and two vehicles.

• ARREST – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 10:28 p.m. Katrina J. Rose, 49, of Weatherford, was arrested at a store on a misdemeanor charge of property theft under $100 with a previous conviction.

• NARCOTICS – 600 block of S.W. 17th Street, 8:07 p.m. Paraphernalia was seized from subjects, who were issued warnings.

• WELFARE CONCERN – 1100 block of S.E. 4th Avenue, 10:06 p.m. Two adults and two children were taken to PPGH due to possible carbon monoxide poisoning.

SUNDAY, JAN. 12

• WRECK – 100 block of South Oak Avenue, 8:04 a.m.

• ARREST – 300 block of South Oak Avenue, 8:13 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the reported arrest of Jason E. Johe, 25, of Obispo, Calif., on a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession under 2 ounces.

• WRECK – 100 block of Garrett Morris Parkway, 8:13 a.m.

• WELFARE CHECK – 2500 block of S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, 12:24 p.m. Police were called to check on the welfare of a 54-year-old man with health problems who was not heard from for a couple of days. Police said the man's front was secured and they forced it open, finding him deceased inside. There were no signs of foul play, police said.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 12:39 p.m. A phone case was stolen from a store.

• FOUND PROPERTY – 2500 block of Garrett Morris Parkway, 1:50 p.m.

• ARREST – 100 block of S.E. 17th Avenue, 2:55 p.m. A domestic disturbance resulted in the reported arrest of Jeffrey D. Hopper, 38, of Mineral Wells, on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, misdemeanor assault of a family/household member causing bodily injury, and misdemeanor resisting search/arrest/transport.

• FOUND PROPERTY – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 8:12 p.m. An unknown male entered a store and threw a yellow backpack onto the floor. The male then ran out of the store, leaving the backpack behind.

MONDAY, JAN. 13

• THREATS – 200 block of Van Story Road, 11:09 a.m. A female says another female is harassing her.

• MISSING PERSON – 1200 block of S.E. 20th Street, 12:02 p.m. An information report was taken from a caller residing in Dickinson.

• THEFT – 100 block of Washington Street, 12:14 p.m. A glucose machine was reportedly stolen from a hotel room closet.

• ARREST – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 3:32 p.m. A shoplifting call to a store resulted in the arrest of Bradley D. Brooks, 33, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding county warrant.

• TRAFFIC – 1900 block of South Oak Avenue, 3:22 p.m. A disabled vehicle with no insurance and expired registration was towed from the roadway.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 500 block of S.W. 17th Street, 4:25 p.m. A verbal argument between two family members.

• ARREST – 3100 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 8:12 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the reported arrest of Shelly L. Tippie, 32, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance less than 28 grams, marijuana possession under 2 ounces and driving with an invalid license with a previous conviction/suspension.

• INFORMATION – 800 block of S.W. 1st Street, 11:58 p.m. A woman reported that her juvenile daughter is receiving nude pictures from another juvenile.

TUESDAY, JAN. 14

• ARRESTS – 100 block of S.E. 19th Street, 6:35 a.m. A report of a vehicle theft resulted in the arrests of two male juveniles, ages 16 and 14, each on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• THEFT – 2200 block of East Hubbard Street, 3:31 p.m. A purse was stolen from a restaurant.

• LOST PROPERTY – 1300 block of S.E. 8-1/2 Street, 2:02 p.m. A female lost her wallet.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 5:36 p.m. A female juvenile reportedly shoplifted.

• WRECK – 4000 block of MH 379, 7:58 p.m.

• WELFARE CHECK – 100 block of N.W. 1st Avenue, 10:33 p.m. A male subject called the emergency services number in an attempt to prevent him from committing suicide.

• ARREST – 100 block of S.W. 6th Street, 10:54 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Marty W. Huckabee, 39, of Big Spring, on a misdemeanor charge of driving with an invalid license and on a county arrest warrant.

WEDNESDAY, JAN. 15

• ARREST – 1000 block of N.W. 2nd Avenue, 2:59 a.m. An arrest was made on an outstanding county warrant.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 300 block of Evergreen Drive, 6 a.m.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 3000 block of N.E. 2nd Street, 1:21 p.m.

• ARREST – 200 block of South Oak Avenue, 4:45 p.m. Violation of a sex offender's duty to register annually/for life.
