WEDNESDAY, JULY 24

• ASSAULT – 1300 block of N.W. 3rd Avenue, 2:40 a.m. A male reportedly assaulted his girlfriend.

• HIT-AND-RUN – 1900 block of East Hubbard Street, 5:50 a.m.

• WRECK – 500 block of S.W. 25th Street, 8:17 a.m.

• BURGLARY – 900 block of FM Road 1821 North, 8:34 a.m. An overnight burglary of a business reported.

• FOUND PROPERTY – 1100 block of S.E. 14th Avenue, 8:19 a.m. A bicycle was found in a creek.

• ARREST – 700 block of S.E. 13th Avenue, 1:02 p.m. A suspicious person call led to the arrest of Braxton L. Manley, 28, of Weatherford, on an outstanding city warrant.

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 100 block of S.E. 17th Avenue, 3:31 p.m.

• THEFT OF SERVICE – 3600 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 9:30 p.m. A male and female were cited and issued criminal trespass warnings at a motel.

THURSDAY, JULY 25

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1300 block of N.W. 3rd Avenue, 12:08 a.m. A woman said a neighbor threw a rock at her car.

• THEFT – 700 block of S.E. 19th Street, 7:12 a.m. A bench was stolen from a residence.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 1100 block of S.E. 18th Street, 7:58 a.m.

• ARREST – 600 block of S.E. 13th Avenue, 11:03 a.m. Executing a warrant, Christopher B. Jones, 46, of Mineral Wells, was arrested at his residence on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, possession of drug paraphernalia and on an outstanding county warrant.

• THEFT – 800 block of S.E. 1st Avenue, 12:39 p.m. Prescription medications were reportedly stolen by a family member.

• THEFT – 700 block of S.W. 10th Street, 3:17 p.m. Items were stolen from the front porch of a residence.

• ARREST – 700 block of S.E. 6th Avenue, 4:56 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Manuel A. Mendoza, 37, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of driving with an invalid license-enhanced.

• ASSAULT – 100 block of FM Road 1821 North, 3:09 p.m. A male said he was cut by a knife while entering a vehicle.

• HARASSMENT – Benavides Lane, 5:42 p.m. A male is reportedly harassing and stalking his ex-girlfriend, her current boyfriend, and her family and co-workers.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 6800 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, A man and woman were issued criminal trespass warnings at a hotel.

• ARRESTS – 1207 S.E. 2nd Avenue, 7:34 p.m. A domestic disturbance reportedly involved a male assaulting his girlfriend. Tristan S. Rohmann, 21, of Graford, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of assault of family/household member causing bodily injury and unlawful restraint. Amanda S. Penney, 36, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a parole violation warrant.

FRIDAY, JULY 26

• ARREST – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 12:38 a.m. Kimberly N. Simmons, 37, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespassing at a store.

• WRECK – 2700 block of U.S. Highway 281 South, 12:59 a.m.

• SEXUAL ASSAULT – A female claimed she was sexually assaulted by a male in April.

• UNATTENDED DEATH – 400 block of Travis Drive, 4:53 a.m. A male died of natural causes, police said.

• ASSAULT – 3200 block of N.E. 2nd Street, 1:34 p.m. A male said a female assaulted him in a restaurant parking lot.

• ARREST – 1300 block of N.W. 3rd Avenue, 3:21 p.m. The execution of warrants resulted in the arrest of William L.Weir, 26, of Mineral Wells, on multiple outstanding warrants including felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assault of a family/household member by impeding their breathing/circulation, and a misdemeanor warrant charging interference with an emergency request for assistance.

• FRAUD – 3600 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 3:41 p.m. A report of multiple unauthorized transactions made on a credit card.

• ARREST – 1900 block of S.E. 17th Avenue, 4:49 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Stanley K. Nunley, 29, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of driving with an invalid license-enhanced, evading arrest/detention and resisting arrest/search/transport.

• WRECK – 800 block of East Hubbard Street, 5:21 p.m.

• INFORMATION – 800 block of S.W. 28th Street, 6:33 p.m. Information received pertaining to a civil matter.

• ANIMAL COMPLAINT – 800 block of S.W. 27th Street, 8:17 p.m. A male shot at a dog with an air soft gun.

• DEADLY CONDUCT – 900 block of S.E. 8th Street, 7:59 p.m. A male reportedly pointed a firearm at the victim.

• DOG BITE – 700 block of North Oak Avenue, 7:34 p.m. A female was bitten by a loose dog.

• FOUND PROPERTY – 100 block of S.E. 6th Avenue, 9:02 p.m.

SATURDAY, JULY 27

• ARREST – 100 block of N.E. 14th Street, 1:25 a.m. Brandon L. Brooks, 22, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.

• ARREST – 6500 block of Columbia Street, 9:05 a.m. A suspicious person call resulted in the arrest of Joshua E. Barcklay, 40, of Mineral Wells, on multiple outstanding warrants.

• HIT-AND-RUN – 100 block of S.E. 6th Avenue, 9:31 a.m.

• RECOVERED VEHICLES – 100 block of Country Club Parkway, 9:52 a.m. Two vehicles reported as stolen, one from Fort Worth and one from Weatherford, were found and recovered.

• ARREST – 100 block of Country Club Parkway, 5:19 p.m. Saul Lujan Jr., 30, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding county warrant and felony charges of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram and evading arrest/detention with a previous conviction.

SUNDAY, JULY 28

• ARREST – 100 block of Carl Kessler Boulevard, 2:26 a.m. A domestic disturbance resulted in the arrest of Jacob M. Bruno, 39, of Dallas, on a misdemeanor charge of assault of a family/household member causing bodily injury.

• SEXUAL ASSAULT – Police received information about an alleged sexual assault that reportedly occurred in Haltom City.

• TRAFFIC – 100 block of Country Club Parkway, 8:13 p.m. An abandoned vehicle was red-tagged and towed from the public roadway.

• TRAFFIC – 200 block of Evergreen Drive, 8:11 p.m. An abandoned vehicle was red-tagged and towed from the public roadway.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 900 block of S.W. 5th Avenue, 7:07 p.m. A car left in a parking lot was vandalized.

• BURGLARY – 400 block of S.W. 3rd Avenue, 9:25 p.m. An unattended home was burglarized.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 400 block of Country Club Parkway, 7:46 p.m. Information received.

MONDAY, JULY 29

• VEHICLE THEFT – 400 block of S.W. 3rd Avenue, 9:09 a.m. A parked vehicle was stolen overnight.

• HARASSMENT – 600 block of N.E. 6th Avenue, 10:43 a.m. A female said she is being harassed by another female.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 2500 block of East Hubbard Street, 2:18 p.m. A male and a female were involved in a verbal argument.

• VEHICLE THEFT – 1400 block of S.E. 1st Street, 3:20 p.m. A vehicle left at a dealership for repairs was reportedly stolen during the weekend.

• FOUND PROPERTY – 300 block of Beetham Road, 5:17 p.m.

• ARREST – 700 block of S.E. 6th Avenue, 8:01 p.m. CT Landingham, 30, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding county warrant.

• DEADLY CONDUCT – 6800 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 8:45 p.m. A 28-year-old woman said she was driving westbound on U.S. Highway 180 from Weatherford toward Mineral Wells. She said a vehicle, a small silver SUV, passed her after she changed lanes, and said the suspect driver displayed a handgun and pointed it at her. She called 911 and followed the suspect vehicle into Country Club Estates. Officers responded and searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspect or vehicle. No shots were fired and no injuries were reported. Police said the incident appears to stem from road rage on the suspect's part.

• FOUND PROPERTY – 200 block of S.E. 25th Avenue, 1:31 p.m. A wallet was found and turned in at the police station.

TUESDAY, JULY 30

• THEFT – 500 block of S.E. 8-1/2 Street, 2:27 a.m. A male reportedly took a female's property. Police were called and officers asked the male to return the property, which he did, handing it over the officers. The property was returned to the female.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 3600 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 3:37 a.m. A male and female were engaged in a verbal altercation at a motel. They were separated without further incident, police said.

• TRAFFIC STOP – 800 block of N.E. 23rd Street, 7:25 a.m. A vehicle was stopped for speeding.

• BURGLARY – 2200 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 9:28 a.m. An attempted residential burglary was reported.

• THEFT – 1500 block of S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, 10:13 a.m. A tailgate was reportedly stolen off of a 2010 Chevy Silverado pickup.

• DEATH – 1900 block of S.W. 5th Avenue, 10:42 a.m.

• CHILD ABUSE – 1800 block of S.W. 9th Avenue, 10:15 a.m. A female juvenile was spanked with a belt, leaving marks.

• CUSTODIAL INTERFERENCE – 1800 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 1:29 p.m.

• THREATS – 3200 block of MH 379, 4:02 p.m. An employee of a business said emails were received from an unknown individual asking for money and claiming to have been hired to kill them.

• WELFARE CHECK – 200 block of N.E. 27th Street, 5:05 p.m.

• ARREST – 3600 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 7:24 p.m. A female was reportedly assaulted, resulting in the arrest of Sadaviean Mackey, 28, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of assault/family violence.

• ARREST – 800 block of South Oak Avenue, 8:20 p.m. Debra M. Wright, 61, of Mineral Wells, was arrested at a store on a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespassing and a felony charge of property theft under $2,500 with two or more previous convictions.

• WRECK – 200 block of N.E. 27th Street, 9:32 p.m.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 31

• ASSAULT – 2400 block of Jacob Street, 12:12 a.m. Report of assault/family violence.

• BURGLARY – 700 block of S.E. 6th Avenue, 4:12 a.m. Burglary of a building.

• BURGLARY – 4800 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 7:10 a.m. Burglary of a building.

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 2900 block of N.E. 2nd Street, 9:18 a.m. Vehicle burglary for parts.

• THEFT – 100 block of Evergreen Drive, 11:31 a.m. Report of property theft $100-$750.

• THEFT – 400 block of S.W. 8th Street, 2:05 p.m. Report of property theft $100-$750.

• ASSAULT – 100 block of Country Club Parkway, 9:50 p.m. Report of assault causing bodily injury.
