WEDNESDAY, MARCH 27

ARREST – 2200 block of S.W. 2nd Avenue, 1:14 a.m. Joe C. Yanez, 29, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding city warrant.

ARREST – 1500 block of S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, 2:24 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Payton A. Simmons, 25, of Santo, on a charge of protective order violation.

ONLINE SOLICITATION – 1500 block of S.W. 2nd Avenue, 8:30 a.m. A juvenile was reportedly solicited/coerced sexually through a social media application.

ARREST – 1100 block of S.E. 1st Street, 11:54 a.m. A suspicious person call led police to arrest Travis G. King Jr., 24, of Mineral Wells, on a felony charge of tampering with/fabricating evidence.

DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 200 block of Country Club Parkway, 4:38 p.m. An argument between a male and female.

CITATION – S.W. 10th Street and S.W. 5th Avenue, 6:37 p.m. A dog owner was cited for their dog being at-large.

THREAT – 1700 block of S.E. 14th Street, 7:08 p.m. A male reportedly threatened to kill the current boyfriend of his ex-wife.

FIGHT – 200 block of Country Club Parkway, 6:17 p.m. Two males were fighting.

THURSDAY, MARCH 28

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 2:51 a.m. While on patrol at a store an officer discovered several bags of potting soil torn apart and spread in the parking lot near the garden center.

TRESPASSING – 400 block of Country Club Parkway, 9:50 a.m. A male subject was trespassing inside a residence.

FRAUD – 1700 block of East Hubbard Street, 2:38 p.m. A bank reported possible fraudulent activity.

SEXUAL ASSAULT – 1900 block of S.E. 11th Avenue, 2:30 p.m. A female juvenile made an outcry against a male cousin.

THREATS – 200 block of Country Club Parkway, 4:43 p.m. Threats were made toward an individual over a sexually explicit video being sent.

ARREST – 100 block of N.E. 6th Avenue, 10:30 p.m. Lori A. Wharton, 49, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated-second offense.

FRIDAY, MARCH 29

WRECK – 2000 block of S.E. 17th Avenue, 12:17 p.m.

ARREST – 100 block of Carl Kessler Boulevard, 12:32 p.m. During a disturbance call to a hotel, Bonnie M. Pacey, 50, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct-abusive language.

THEFT – 100 block of Garrett Morris Parkway, 2:53 p.m. A report was made concerning an employee suspected of exchanging merchandise for cash.

THEFT – 1700 block of S.E. 9th Street, 4:35 p.m. Theft of a trailer reported.

FRAUD – 1300 block of Veterans of Foreign Wars Street, 4:48 p.m. A possibly known subject used a Social Security number to fraudulently open a credit card account.

ARREST – 200 block of S.E. 6th Street, 9:42 p.m. A domestic disturbance call led to the arrest of Erlene G. Lee, 58, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding county warrant.

ARREST – 200 block of North Oak Avenue, 11:14 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Kristie N. Slay, 25, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of defective tail lamp and driving with an invalid license.

SATURDAY, MARCH 30

ARREST – 500 block of West Hubbard Street, 2:12 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Robert L. Zinn Jr., 44, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of driving with an invalid license, expired vehicle registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility and expired driver's license.

ARREST – 900 block of South Oak Avenue, 4:08 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Monica Hernandez, 54, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of driving with an invalid license, failure to maintain financial responsibility and disregarding a traffic control signal.

ARREST – 2700 block of East Hubbard Street, 1:41 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Zachery G. Lindsey, 38, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding county warrant.

ARREST – 600 block of S.E. 17th Street, 3:05 p.m. Kelsey A. Newsome, 28, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding county warrant and a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest/search/transport.

ARREST – 602 block of N.E. 40th Avenue, 4:38 p.m. Jamie L. Taylor, 31, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding county warrant.

ARREST – 300 block of N.E. 27th Street, 7:10 p.m. Austin R. Towles, 27, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding county warrant.

WRECK – 600 block of FM Road 1195, 8:39 p.m.

ARREST – 1300 block of N.W. 3rd Avenue, 9:02 p.m. An information report was made regarding warrant service.

SUNDAY, MARCH 31

ARREST – 400 block of N.E. 2nd Avenue, 12:36 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Jose G. Rodriguez Vega, 35, of Mineral Wells, on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, and misdemeanor charges of no stop lamps, driving with an invalid license, open alcoholic containers, expired vehicle registration and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

ARREST – 1600 block of S.E. 1st Street, 1:01 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Venancio Perez Yanez, 32, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of no driver's license.

WRECK – 400 block of Country Club Parkway, 3:03 a.m.

ARREST – 300 block of S.E. 25th Avenue, 3:53 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Keith M. Martin, 76, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of driving with an invalid license.

ARREST – 100 block of N.E. 40th Avenue, 7:17 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Justin L. Garcia, 24, of Grand Prairie, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of driving with an invalid license and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

ARREST – 3100 block of South Murco Drive, 8:27 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Cayden B. Skaggs, 18, of Millsap, on misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, minor in possession of alcohol and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

FOUND PROPERTY – 100 block of North Oak Avenue, 9:53 p.m. Lost property was located on a traffic stop.

ARREST – 100 block of Garrett Morris Parkway, 11:06 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Sage A. Domenech, 22, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

MONDAY, APRIL 1

ARREST – 700 block of N.E. 6th Avenue, 1:32 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Timothy J. Hamsing, 25, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of driving with an invalid license and expired vehicle registration.

ARREST – 1100 block of S.W. 15th Street, 4:40 a.m. A call on a welfare check led to the arrest of Ted L. Dexter, 54, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding city warrant.

THREATS – 900 block of S.W. 23rd Street, 8:39 a.m. A female reported receiving threats over the phone.

LOST PROPERTY – 1200 block of West Hubbard Street, 9:43 a.m. A driver's license was lost at the West City Park ball fields.

INFORMATION – 3400 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 10 a.m. A male said he keeps getting reported as dead to the VA and Social Security offices.

FOUND PROPERTY – 3200 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 11:23 a.m. Possible drug paraphernalia was found on the side of the road.

HIT-AND-RUN – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 12:52 p.m. A vehicle was hit in a parking lot and the driver left without leaving information.

FRAUD – 1100 block of S.W. 14th Street, 3:20 p.m. A person reported fraudulent charges dating back to August 2018.

THEFT – 1700 block of N.W. 3rd Avenue, 3:57 p.m. A female reported the thefts of three pairs of footwear that occurred in early February.

ARRESTS – 500 block of S.W. 18th Street, 6:08 p.m. A domestic disturbance call resulted in the arrests of Zachary T. Grajiola, 22, of Mineral Wells, and Kaniecha R. Young, 19, both of Mineral Wells, and both on misdemeanor charges of assault/family violence by contact.

WRECK – 800 block of S.E. 1st Street, 9:47 p.m.

CIVIL – 600 block of N.W. 4th Avenue, 11:14 p.m. Civil dispute.

TUESDAY, APRIL 2

HARASSMENT – 600 block of S.E. 18th Street, 11:54 a.m. Information report made.

TRESPASSING – 1000 block of N.W. 1st Avenue, 12:20 p.m. A suspicious person call resulted in the issuance of a criminal trespass warning.

WRECK – 3800 block of Ram Boulevard, 4:09 p.m.

THEFT – 3000 block of N.E. 2nd Street, 7:16 p.m. A chair was reportedly stolen from a front porch.

FOUND PROPERTY – 1800 block of S.W. 9th Avenue, 11:52 a.m.

CHILD CUSTODY INTERFERENCE – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 8:09 p.m. Grandparents reportedly attempted to take a child from a lawful guardian at a store.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3

THREATS – 900 block of Pasadena Boulevard, 11:32 a.m. Threats causing monetary loss of under $1,500 reported.

THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 1:31 p.m. Shoplifting.

THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 4:34 p.m. Shoplifting.

ASSAULT – 1400 block of N.W. 3rd Avenue, 5:05 p.m. Assault of a family/household member by impeding their breathing circulation.

ASSAULT – 200 block of N.E. 11th Street, 9:22 p.m. Assault/family violence report.
