Mineral Wells police filed the following reports based on calls for service for the period May 6-12. Not all calls for service result in a filed report:

WEDNESDAY, MAY 6

• ARREST – 3800 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 12:34 a.m. Rain L. Bowland, 25, of Jacksboro, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication. Bowland, who previously worked at a Mineral Wells nursing home, is currently facing a felony theft charge after allegedly scamming dozens of people out of more than $20,000 because they were led to believe she had breast cancer. Police say she never had breast cancer and used the money to get breast augmentations. Bowland also has DWI charges pending in Palo Pinto and Jack counties.

• WRECK – 100 block of MH 379, 8:57 a.m.

• FRAUD – 200 block of South Oak Avenue, 8:45 a.m. A person's debit card was fraudulently used.

• THREATS – 1500 block of S.E. 18th Street, 11 a.m. A man allegedly threatened his girlfriend.

• HARASSMENT – 1400 block of S.E. 13th Street, 11:07 a.m. A male was allegedly threatening a female by mail.

• BURGLARY – 1600 block of S.W. 6th Avenue, 2:56 p.m. Residential burglary reported.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 800 block of Beetham Road, 3:13 p.m. A daughter argued with her parents.

• THREATS – 400 block of S.W. 1st Street, 3:19 p.m. A male reportedly made threats toward a business.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 5:08 p.m. A female was reportedly caught shoplifting.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 1100 block of S.E. 8th Street, 6:39 p.m. Information report.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 700 block of S.E. 6th Avenue, 7:46 p.m. Information report taken.

• HARASSMENT – 300 block of N.E. 27th Street, 8:02 p.m. A female said her ex-boyfriend is harassing her.

• THEFT – 700 block of Brazos Drive, 8:02 p.m. Theft of property.

• ARRESTS – 1400 block of S.E. 12th Street, 2:11 p.m. Police were called to a domestic disturbance where male reportedly assaulted his girlfriend and then fled from officers. Two arrests were reported by police. Jamie L. Souders, 34, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on felony charges of assault of a family/household member by impeding their breathing/circulation, child abandonment/endangerment by criminal negligence, manufacture/delivery of of a controlled substance 1-4 grams and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance 4-200 grams, a misdemeanor charge of evading arrest/detention and on a probation violation warrant; Shawnee N. Smith, 30, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on felony charges of child abandonment/endangerment by criminal negligence, manufacture/delivery of of a controlled substance 1-4 grams and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance 4-200 grams.

• WELFARE CHECK – 20 block of S.W. 26th Avenue, 6:40 p.m.

• ASSAULT – 1800 block of S.W. 4th Avenue, 6:35 p.m. A male was assaulted by another male.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 700 block of S.E. 25th Avenue, 6:54 p.m. A female was reportedly causing a disturbance at a convenience store.

• FRAUD – 2800 block of North Murco Drive, 5:15 p.m. A person's online account was reportedly hacked by an unknown male through a phone scam.

• HARASSMENT – 1600 block of S.E. Park Road, 6:29 p.m.

THURSDAY, MAY 7

• THEFT – 200 block of S.E. 19th Street, 12 a.m. Parcels and packages were stolen from a porch.

• HIT-AND-RUN – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 10:14 p.m. A vehicle was hit while parked in a store's parking lot.

• THEFT – 100 block of S.E. 17th Avenue, 12:32 a.m. A female stole a cell phone from a store's restroom.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 1300 block of S.E. 4th Avenue, 5:13 a.m.

• ARREST – 4100 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 6:09 a.m. A woman used her phone to text 911 for help during a domestic disturbance at a motel, where she had been assaulted. Police were able to locate the room and arrested Joseph N. Patino, 36, of Mineral Wells, on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram, possession of a controlled substance 1-4 grams and assault with bodily injury of a family/household member with two or more convictions in the previous 12 months.

• INFORMATION – Longhorn Road, 10:32 a.m. A missing juvenile left foster care with out telling anyone.

• HARASSMENT – 400 block of N.W. 2nd Street, 12:20 p.m. A female said another female is harassing her.

• HARASSMENT – 2500 block of S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, 12:59 p.m. A female reported her ex-boyfriend is harassing her.

FRIDAY, MAY 8

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 400 block of S.W. 4th Avenue, 11:57 a.m. Several females were involved in a physical altercation.

• WRECK – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 1:19 p.m.

• BURGLARY – 1300 block of S.E. 8-1/2 Street, 1:43 p.m. A female reported her house was broken into and items were missing.

• NARCOTICS – 500 block of S.W. 8th Street, 3:35 p.m. Three citations were issued for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• WRECK – 100 block of Garrett Morris Parkway, 5:31 p.m.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1400 block of S.E. 12th Street, 5:33 p.m. A door was kicked in and a room vandalized.

SATURDAY, MAY 9

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 400 block of Country Club Parkway, 12:09 a.m. A male reportedly attempted to remove his child from a home before leaving the child behind and fleeing the area.

• WELFARE – 4100 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 4:49 a.m. A domestic disturbance call resulted in the detaining of a male for a mental health evaluation.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 200 block of South Oak Avenue, 8:19 a.m. A male's vehicle struck another vehicle then he fled from police.

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 400 block of S.W. 5th Street, 11:03 a.m. Someone was found inside a vehicle.

• SEXUAL ASSAULT – 2500 block of S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, 3:27 p.m. A female reported she was sexually assaulted.

• SUICIDE ATTEMPT – 1100 block of S.E. 14th Street, 3:45 p.m.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 2500 block of S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, 4:52 p.m. A female broke a neighbor's light bulb during a criminal mischief incident.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 2000 block of S.E. 17th Avenue, 4:23 p.m. A domestic disturbance ended in a male leaving the scene.

• ASSAULT – 900 block of S.W. 16th Street, 7:33 p.m. A male was assaulted by a roommate's son.

• WRECK – 1600 block of S.E. 22nd Avenue, 8:54 p.m.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 300 block of N.W. 4th Street, 9:06 p.m. A bedroom window was broken out with a broken piece of concrete that was thrown at the window.

• FLEEING – 4100 block of N.E. 4th Street, 2:26 a.m. A male driver failed to yield after a traffic stop was initiated.

• PORNOGRAPHY – 2100 block of S.E. 17th Avenue, 6:46 a.m. Report that nude pictures of an underage girl were found on a subject's phone.

• WRECK – 1300 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 10:17 a.m.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 1500 block of S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, 3:29 p.m. A verbal disturbance ended with a male giving a car back to a female.

• THEFT – 4100 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 4:06 p.m. Report that items belonging to a man arrested Thursday were stolen.

• RECKLESS DRIVING – 100 block of S.W. 17th Street, 3:16 p.m. Report of a reckless driver going northbound on South Oak Avenue.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 600 block of N.W. 9th Street, 7:34 p.m. A vehicle's side mirror was vandalized.

• CITIZEN'S ASSIST – 4400 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 7:27 p.m. A male exhibited "unusual" behavior after his vehicle became disabled in the roadway, police said.

• DOG BITE – 400 block of N.W. 11th Street, 9:18 p.m. A female was bitten by a dog.

MONDAY, MAY 11

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 500 block of S.E. 26th Avenue, 9:07 a.m. Juveniles argued over a video game.

• ARREST – 1500 block of S.E. 22nd Avenue, 8:56 a.m. A domestic disturbance resulted in the arrest of Dustin L. McCoy, 32, of Mineral Wells, on felony charges of assault of a family/household member by impeding their breathing/circulation, injury to a child/elderly/disabled person, marijuana possession over 4 ounces and under 5 pounds, possession of a controlled substance 1-4 grams and possession of a controlled substance 4-400 grams; and misdemeanor charges of interfering with an emergency request for assistance (two counts) and possession of a controlled substance under 28 grams.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 300 block of Beetham Road, 10:20 a.m.

• FRAUD – 100 block of S.W. 14th Avenue, 10:42 a.m. A debit card was fraudulently used.

• THEFT – 1600 block of S.W. 6th Avenue, 12 p.m. A license plate was stolen off a vehicle.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 600 block of N.W. 8th Street, 11:19 a.m. Vehicle tires were slashed at a residence.

• ANIMAL BITE – 1700 block of S.E. 13th Avenue, 10:59 a.m. An injured/sick cat bit an animal control officer as she was trying to put it into a cage for transport. The cat will be tested for rabies, and the officer was treated.

• WRECK – 1200 block of East Hubbard Street, 3:10 p.m.

• ORDINANCE COMPLAINT – 1300 block of S.E. 2nd Street, 4:06 p.m. Information report made.

• ARREST – Factory Outlet Avenue, 4:34 p.m. A suspicious person report resulted in the arrest of Locadio Yanez Jr., 50, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding county warrant.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 100 block of Evergreen Drive, 3:39 p.m. Females were fighting over ownership of a motorcycle.

• ARREST – 600 block of N.W. 8th Street, 5:46 p.m. A disturbance call resulted in the reported arrest of Linsey A. Ballard, 34, of Jacksboro, on a misdemeanor charge of assault/family violence by contact.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 2200 block of Jacob Street, 8:24 p.m.

• ARREST – 2800 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 9:24 p.m. Clara R. Wells, 50, of Waco, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of assault by contact.

• ARREST – 2300 block of North Oak Avenue, 3:31 a.m. A vehicle wreck resulted in the reported arrest of Samantha N. Glover, 17, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 6:49 a.m. A male reportedly stole keys from a female in a store parking lot.

• ASSAULT – 600 block of S.E. 13th Avenue,10:58 a.m. A female reportedly assaulted a family member.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 12:33 p.m. A male criminally trespassed and was issued a citation for theft at a store.

• HIT-AND-RUN – 400 block of S.W. 15th Street, 3:06 p.m.

• TRESPASSING – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 2:41 p.m. A male trespassed at a store.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 5:18 p.m. A female received a citation for shoplifting.
