Following are reports filed by Mineral Wells police based on calls for service for the period Nov. 13-20. Not all calls for service result in a filed report:

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 13

• ARREST – 300 block of S.W. 25th Street, 1:24 a.m. A suspicious person investigation resulted in the arrest of Jimie L. Perez, 27, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding city warrant.

• ARREST – 700 block of S.E. 25th Avenue, 1:33 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Destiny D. Frisbie, 20, of Mineral Wells, on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram and a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession under 2 ounces.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 2100 block of S.E. 18th Street, 8:05 a.m. A vehicle was egged overnight.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 300 Barker Road, 10:14 a.m. Items in a front yard were reportedly vandalized.

• FRAUD – 1400 block of S.E. 1st Street, 11:11 a.m. A male reportedly attempted to purchase a vehicle using a fake name.

• ARREST – 100 block of S.E. 6th Avenue, 1:23 p.m. Rodney W. Berkley, 33, of Mineral Wells, was arrested at a store on a felony charge of property theft under $2,500 with two or more previous convictions.

• ARREST – 500 block of N.W. 14th Street, 2:17 p.m. A domestic disturbance call ended with Michael G. Simmons, 32, of Odessa, arrested in a misdemeanor charge of assault/family violence.

• ARREST – 3800 block of Ram Boulevard. A juvenile on the previous day reportedly threatened to shoot other juveniles while at school. A 14-year-old male was arrested on a Class A misdemeanor charge of making a terroristic threat.

• HIT-AND-RUN – 1600 block of N.W. 3rd Avenue, 2:12 p.m. A vehicle backed into another vehicle and the driver left.

• ARREST – 500 block of N.E. 1st Street, 3:24 p.m. Dylan W. Tate, 24, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding city warrant.

• ARREST – 900 block of S.W. 4th Avenue, 11:19 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Delilah Galindo, 46, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of no driver's license and failure to identify as a fugitive by intentionally giving false information, and on an outstanding city warrant.

• THEFT – 1500 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 11:10 p.m. A female allegedly stole an entire display of disposable lighters from a store.

THURSDAY, NOV. 14

• ARREST – 300 block of Tournament Lane, 3:05 a.m. Gwendolyn L. Martin, 66, of Mineral Wells, was arrested at a neighbor's property on misdemeanor charges of criminal trespass and public intoxication.

• HIT-AND-RUN – 700 block of S.E. 6th Avenue, 11:24 a.m.

• LOST PROPERTY – 3700 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 11:23 a.m. A female said she lost her wallet at her place of work.

• IDENTITY THEFT – 1200 block of S.E. 2nd Avenue, 11:27 a.m. A male said someone is using his name.

• HIT-AND-RUN – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 1:45 p.m.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 4 p.m. A male reportedly tried returning for cash un-purchased merchandise.

• THREATS – 100 block of S.E. 19th Street, 4:58 p.m. A female reported receiving threats from a female living next door.

• HARASSMENT – 2300 block of North Oak Avenue, 8:53 p.m. A female is reportedly the family of her daughter's ex-boyfriend.

• ARREST – 400 block of N.E. 6th Avenue, 9:22 p.m. Following a reported fight with his father, a 13-year-old male juvenile was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of assault/family violence by contact.

FRIDAY, NOV. 15

• ARREST – 3100 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 2:16 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Fabian Rodriguez, 25, of Houston, on misdemeanor charges of no driver's license, failure to maintain financial responsibility, expired vehicle registration and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.

• TRAFFIC HAZARD – 7500 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 5:17 a.m.

• ARREST – 200 block of S.W. 1st Avenue, 9:41 a.m. Terry R. O'Brien, 18, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a city warrant.

• THEFT – 300 block of Evergreen Drive, 11:02 a.m. A male subject needed to go inside a residence to gather his belongings.Once inside, he reported his television was missing.

• INFORMATION – 200 block of N.W. 5th Street, 12:38 p.m. A female told police she was concerned with how a male acted towards her.

• WRECK – 1500 block of S.E. 1st Street, 3:07 p.m.

• WRECK – 2800 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 6:26 p.m.

• TRESPASSING – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 7:55 p.m. A male was issued a criminal trespass warning at a store.

• ARRESTS – 900 block of South Oak Avenue, 9:07 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrests of John W. Hibbits, 51, and Margaret F. King, 62, both of Mineral Wells, both on federal charges of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram and misdemeanor charges of marijuana possession under 2 ounces.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 9:57 p.m. Two juvenile females were cited for shoplifting.

SATURDAY, NOV. 16

• ARREST – 700 block of S.W. 5th Avenue, 1:52 a.m. A traffic stop led to the arrest of a male passenger, Nathan D. Harrison, 21, of Mineral Wells, for outstanding warrants.

• WRECK – 900 block of FM Road 1821 North, 11:30 a.m.

• RUNAWAY – 200 block of N.W. 31st Street, 10:58 a.m. A female juvenile runs away from home.

• VEHICLE THEFT – 600 block of S.W. 16th Street,12:09 p.m. A man walked out of his residence to find his vehicle missing.

• THEFT – 1700 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 2:29 p.m. Theft of a 30-pound propane tank was reported.

• HIT-AND-RUN – 100 block of MH 379, 4:44 p.m.

• THEFT – 1400 block of Veterans Of Foreign Wars Street, 5:40 p.m. A woman said she was threatened and jewelry stolen.

• THEFT OF SERVICE – 200 block of N.E. 27th Avenue, 8:46 p.m. Subjects left an establishment without paying for their drinks.

• ARREST – 400 block of S.W. 12th Avenue, 9:53 p.m. A domestic disturbance led to the arrest of Brandon L. McGinnis, 36, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of assault of a family member causing bodily injury and resisting search/arrest/transport.

SUNDAY, NOV. 17

• ALCOHOL VIOLATION – 2200 block of East Hubbard Street, 12:16 a.m. A minor reported being served alcohol at a bar.

• ARRESTS – 200 block of East Hubbard Street, 1:01 a.m. Two males and two females were arrested at the Baker Hotel on misdemeanor charges of trespassing and criminal mischief after they allegedly cut some of the asbestos plastic used to seal off contaminated areas. Arrested were Jacob C. Carter, 24, of Fort Worth; Charlie L. Schwickerath, 22, of McKinney; Nakoda R. Shires, 26, of Bedford; and Oakley B.Watts, 25, of North Richland Hills.

• ABANDONED VEHICLE – 600 block of S.W. 21st Street, 3:33 a.m. An abandoned vehicle was towed.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1900 block of S.E. 12th Street, 7:10 a.m. Criminal mischief in an amount $100-$750 was reported.

• MISSING PERSON – 1200 block of Veterans Of Foreign Wars Street, 8:48 a.m. A male was reported missing, but he later returned home.

• ARREST – 1500 block of S.E. 23 Avenue, 12:45 p.m. Roberto D. Rodriguez Garay, 27, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding county warrant.

• ARREST – 1400 block of S.E. 11th Street, 1:03 p.m. A disorderly conduct call resulted in the arrest of Adrian J. Menchaca, 27, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.

• ARREST – 800 block of South Oak Avenue, 2:33 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Rebecca A. Bellamy, 35, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• THEFT – 200 block of FM Road 1821 North, 5:33 p.m. A phone was reported stolen but was later recovered.

• ARREST – 600 block of S.W. 10th Street, 8:17 p.m. A disorderly conduct call led to the arrest of Landry C. Duran, 37, of Mineral Wells, on a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

• ARREST – 600 block of S.E. 2nd Avenue, 8:21 p.m. Police arrested a woman they said was intoxicated in the roadway. Charmeca S. Key, 29, of Fort Worth, was charged on misdemeanor public intoxication, disorderly conduct-loud music/noise and resisting search/arrest/transport.

MONDAY, NOV. 18

• ARREST – 14000 block of Veterans of Foreign Wars Street, 12:57 a.m. Robert L.Riggs, 47, of Weatherford, was arrested on an outstanding county warrant.

• ARREST – 500 block of S.W. 25th Street, 3:13 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Dustin D. Diamond, 20, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding county warrant.

• THEFT – 1700 block of S.E. 14th Avenue, 8:17 a.m. Medication was reportedly taken out of a box delivered to the complainant's previous Mineral Wells address. The medication was part of a shipment of medications.

• TRESPASSING – 1500 block of S.E. 18th Street, 9 a.m. A civil dispute over ownership of a residence.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 1700 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 10:43 a.m.

• ASSAULT – 300 block of Country Club Parkway, 9:37 a.m. A woman said her roommate and her boyfriend assaulted her.

• ARREST – 900 block of S.W. 12th Street, 3:09 p.m. A domestic disturbance call ended with the arrest of Amanda I. Grim, 37, of Mineral Wells, on felony charges of assault of a household/family member with a previous conviction and criminal attempt, and a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest/search/transport.

• KIDNAPPING – 2800 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 4:11p.m. A female said her boyfriend held her against her will.

• FOUND PROPERTY – 1300 block of S.E. 14th Avenue,10:10 a.m. A juvenile male reported he found a gun in Lions Park.

• ARRESTS – 200 block of East Hubbard Street, 5:51 p.m. Two males were arrested on charges of misdemeanor criminal trespassing inside the Baker Hotel. They were identified as Brandon E. Balderrama, 19, of Fort Worth, and Jonathan D. Forseth, 18, of Keller. Forseth was additionally charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.

• WRECK – 1500 block of S.E. 1st Street, 7:50 p.m.

• VEHICLE THEFT – 900 block of West Hubbard Street, 9:51 p.m. A 2009 pickup was reported stolen.

TUESDAY, NOV. 19

• WRECK – 1300 block of S.E. 14th Avenue, 7:31 a.m.

• ARREST – location withheld, 12:28 p.m. A woman reported her husband strangled and sexually assaulted her. Koby R. Pollone, 29, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of unlawful restraint and assault/family violence, and a felony charge of aggravated sexual assault.

• TRESPASSING – 300 block of Shady Oak Circle, 1:47 p.m. A male subject was issued a trespass warning at a housing complex.

• WRECK – 2300 block of North Oak Avenue, 4:24 p.m.

• FOUND PROPERTY – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 4:21 p.m. A wallet was found in a parking lot.

• ARREST – 600 block of S.W. 5th Avenue, 7:11 p.m. Dawn M. Hawkins, 53, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.

• SCHOOL VIOLATION – 1300 block of S.E. 14th Avenue, 3:30 p.m. A juvenile was sent to the school district's alternative education program for possessing a vaping device at school.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 20

• ASSAULT – 2100 block of East Hubbard Street, 1:10 p.m.

• PUBLIC INTOXICATION – 1400 block of S.E. 15th Street, 8:42 p.m.

• ARREST – 3600 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 9:49 p.m. An arrest was made on an outstanding arrest warrant.
