WEDNESDAY, OCT. 31

• ARREST – 2900 block of S.E. 5th Street, 4:14 a.m. Anthony T. Martinez, 19, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of no driver's license, expired vehicle registration and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

• INTOXICATED PERSON – 800 block of South Oak Avenue, 6:26 a.m. A criminal trespass warning was issued to a male to stay off a store's premises.

• VEHICLE THEFT – 500 block of S.E. 26th Avenue, 9:29 a.m. The complainant told police a woman failed to return a vehicle or make payments after taking it for a test drive.

• WELFARE CHECK – 500 block of Circle Drive, 11:54 a.m. A child was found by a neighbor and returned to its home. Officers made contact with the parents and child at their home.

• ARREST – 100 block of Garrett Morris Parkway, 1:08 p.m. A store reported the theft of a pole saw. Douglas P. Slate Jr., 33, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a felony robbery charge.

• FRAUD – 1400 block of S.E. 24th Avenue, 3:55 p.m. A woman reported what she said was a fraudulent hard credit inquiry she discovered on her credit report.

THURSDAY, NOV. 1

• INFORMATION – 1000 block of S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, 9:25 a.m. A woman claims her mother is withholding her disability money.

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 500 block of San Jacinto Drive, 10:08 a.m. A gun was reportedly stolen from a vehicle.

• INFORMATION – 1300 block of S.E. 14th Avenue, 3 p.m. Display of an obscene photo was reported.

• WELFARE CHECK – 700 block of East Hubbard Street, 12:21 p.m. An elderly male is in need of assistance.

• THREAT – 4100 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 1:31 p.m. A male made a vague threat,

• ARREST – 2500 block of S.E. 6th Street, 1:35 p.m. A disturbance call resulted in the arrest of Dustin R. Langley, 31, of Mineral Wells, on a parole violation warrant.

• BURGLARY – 800 block of S.W. 28th Street, 2:24 p.m. A residential burglary was reported.

• CUSTODIAL INTERFERENCE – 2500 block of Garrett Morris Parkway, 2:30 p.m. Child custody dispute.

• NARCOTICS – 600 block of S.E. 13th Avenue, 2:47 p.m. A report of a controlled substance problem.

• NARCOTICS – 2500 block of N.E. 3rd Street, 4:06 p.m. A report of a controlled substance problem.

• THREATS – 600 block of S.E. 13th Avenue, 2:58 p.m. A male was issued a criminal trespass warning.

• ASSAULT – 3000 block of Airport Road, 4:42 p.m. A male juvenile claims he was assaulted by an older student on the school bus.

• THEFT – 100 block of S.E. 6th Avenue, 7:07 p.m. A woman reportedly stole merchandise from a store.

• ARREST – 2700 block of U.S. Highway 281 North, 10:59 p.m. Ethan A.Hill, 20, of Santo, was arrested on an outstanding county warrant.

FRIDAY, NOV. 2

• THEFT – 1300 block of S.E. 14th Avenue, 3 p.m. A phone was reportedly stolen at school.

• DEATH – 600 block of S.W. 15th Avenue, 1:20 p.m. Report of a deceased male.

• HIT-AND-RUN – 1800 block of S.E. 19th Street, 2:54 p.m. A hit-and-run wreck.

• INFORMATION – 2400 block of Jacob Street, 3:22 p.m.

• ARREST – S.W. 5th Avenue and S.W. 15th Street, 8:16 p.m. Betty C. Plumlee, 63, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.

• ARRESTS – 600 block of N.W. 5th Avenue, 10:57 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrests of Leanna J. Dalton, 37, of Santo,on a misdemeanor charge of running a parole violation warrant, and Marla P. Pollone, 47, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding city warrant.

• ARREST – 600 block of N.W. 4th Avenue, 10:48 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Nathan D. Siegel, 35, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• ARREST – 600 block of N.W. 5th Avenue, 11:30 p.m. Lisa R. Pollone, 30, 40, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

SATURDAY, NOV. 3

• ARREST – 200 block of S.W. 1st Avenue, 2:57 a.m. Allen C. Lowery, 29, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding county warrant a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• ARRESTS – 2500 block of S.E. 14th Avenue, 1:45 a.m. A suspicious persons call resulted in the arrests of Victor M. Canac Ajin, 24, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia, and David Canac Bala, 38, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication and a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.

• ARREST – 900 block of S.W. 23rd Street, 7:37 a.m. Eldon L. Shipman, 65, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.

• ARREST – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 10:23 a.m. Tanner J. Stephens, 25, of Carbon, was arrested on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance 1-4 grams, and misdemeanor charges of marijuana possession under 2 ounces, possession of a controlled substance under 28 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and parking in a prohibited area.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 2800 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 12:12 p.m. A storage facility's male tenant cut the lock off of an additional unit to place his items inside it.

• WRECK – 1700 block of Airport Road, 1:40 p.m. Information report for a vehicle wreck.

• THEFT – 1607 block of S.E. 21st Street, 2:24 p.m. a cellular phone was reportedly stolen.

• ARREST – 700 block of S.E. 8th Street, 3:11 p.m. Jorge W. Garcia Jr., 25, of Mineral Wells, was arrested a on a misdemeanor charge of running a stop sign.

• FRAUD – 1600 block of S.E. 11th Avenue, 3:58 p.m. The victim stated someone used their debit card to pay bills in another state.

• THEFT – 600 block of S.E. 25th Avenue, 6:42 p.m. Theft of a vehicle's rear license plate reported.

• THREATS – 400 block of N.W. 2nd Avenue, 7:12 p.m. A female stated she was threatened by a male with a knife. Officers determined the female was suffering from a psychotic episode and contacted mental health officials, who evaluated the female. She was later transported to a facility for treatment.

• RECOVERED – 2100 block of S.W. 2nd Avenue, 9:56 p.m. A vehicle reported as stolen was recovered.

• ARREST – S.E. 1st Street and S.E. 6th Avenue, 9:41 p.m. Jean H. Sharp, 62, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of failure of duties upon striking a fixed object.

SUNDAY, NOV. 4

• ARREST – 600 block of N.W. 4th Street, 12:13 a.m. A loud music complaint led to the arrest of Noah Runyon, 18, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 600 block of N.E. 6th Avenue, 1:09 a.m. A vehicle window was broken.

• INDECENT EXPOSURE – 1100 block of S.E. 1st Street, 12:44 p.m. An unknown male exposed his genitals to a store clerk.

• ARREST – 1100 block of S.E. 1st Street, 1:13 p.m. Travis G. King Jr., 24, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct-abusive language and resisting arrest/search/transport.

• ASSAULT – 1300 block of S.E. 4th Avenue, 2:38 p.m. The victim was assaulted by an ex-boyfriend.

• ARREST – 500 block of S.E. 3rd Street, 3:46 p.m. Oliver Cooper III, 52, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of making a terroristic threat.

• DISPUTE – 2500 block of East Hubbard Street, 4:50 p.m. A dispute was reported over ownership of a cellular phone. The phone was collected and is being held pending a property hearing to determine its ownership.

• ARREST – 3000 block of N.E. 2nd Street, 7:06 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Travis N. Thomas, 44, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of driving with an invalid license, failure to maintain financial responsibility and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• ARREST – 700 block of S.E. 6th Avenue, 8:12 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Oscar Rincon, 34, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of driving with an invalid license.

• ARREST – 1200 block of S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, 11:10 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Jason K. Wymore, 24, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and driving with an invalid license.

MONDAY, NOV. 5

• ARREST – 200 block of N.E. 7th Avenue, 2:07 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Andres J. Cruz, 31, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of driving with an invalid license.

• ARREST – 1100 block of N.W. 3rd Avenue, 3:25 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Mark S.Spoon, 48, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of driving with an invalid license.

• DOMESTIC – 2500 block of East Hubbard Street, 4:05 a.m. A male filed a report in reference to a domestic situation.

• VEHICLE THEFT – 1700 block of East Hubbard Street, 10:54 a.m. A vehicle was stolen from a parking lot.

• THREATS – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 4:35 p.m. A male subject reportedly made threats.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 2300 block of N.W. 4th Avenue, 6:15 p.m. Attempted residential burglary reported.

• ARREST – 2800 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 7:23 p.m. Rikkie J. Horton, 42, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding county warrant.

TUESDAY, NOV. 6

• ARREST – 500 block of N.W. 3rd Street, 1:17 a.m. A suspicious person call resulted in the arrest of Christopher L. McBee, 33, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding county warrant.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 600 block of S.E. 6th Avenue, 7:51 a.m. Someone broke a business window.

• CHILD ABUSE – 1700 block of N.W. 3rd Avenue, 10:30 a.m. A report of child abuse was made to police.

• ARRESTS – 2400 block of N.E. 2nd Street, 11:33 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrests of Christopher B. Jones, 45, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of driving with an invalid license, and Summer D.Kirkland, 32, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 2000 block of S.E. 17th Avenue, 1:05 p.m. A male and a female were involved in an altercation.

• HARASSMENT – 3600 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 4:49 p.m. Criminal trespass warnings were issued to two females.

• ARREST – 500 block of S.E. 1st Street, 10:57 p.m. A report of a possible theft of a trailer from a business resulted in a vehicle pursuit. Phillip A.Clark, 18, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on felony charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, property theft $2,500-$30,000 and evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, and a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 7

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 900 block of S.E. 12th Street, 7 a.m. Someone spray-painted graffiti on a vehicle.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 100 block of S.W. 3rd Street, 8:59 a.m. Graffiti damage under $100.

• BURGLARY – 700 block of Brazos Drive, 11:52 a.m. Residential burglary reported.

• NARCOTICS – 200 block of S.E. 15th Street, 6:33 p.m. Possession of marijuana under 2 ounces.

• NARCOTICS – 700 block of S.W. 1st Avenue, 8:57 p.m. Possession of drug paraphernalia.
