WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 23

• ARREST – 100 block of S.W. 3rd Avenue, 1:29 a.m. William T. Fewell, 48, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding city warrant.

• ARREST – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 2:45 a.m. A woman who reportedly drove recklessly through a retail center parking lot was arrested. Martha Morales, 61, of Mineral Wells, was charged with misdemeanor reckless driving and on an outstanding city warrant.

• WRECK – 100 block of S.E. 6th Avenue, 9:37 a.m.

• VEHICLE THEFT – 3800 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 10:31 a.m. A female who rented a van is a month overdue returning it.

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 1300 block of S.E. 16th Street, 1:36 p.m.

• ARREST – 1600 block of S.E. 22nd Avenue, 4:33 p.m. Clay D. Neeley, 31, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on three outstanding county warrants and a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance 1-4 grams.

• WRECK – 800 block of S.E. 16th Avenue, 6:04 p.m.

• ARREST – 100 block of N.W. 5th Avenue, 6:42 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Robert L. Zinn Jr., 44, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of driving with an invalid license with a previous conviction/suspension.

• THREATS – 2800 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 8:56 p.m. A female said another female is threatening her.

• BURGLARY – 200 block of N.W. 17th Street, 7:49 p.m. A residential burglary resulted in numerous items reported stolen.

• ARREST – 3100 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 11:51 p.m. Michael B. Chandler, 39, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.

THURSDAY, OCT. 24

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 700 block of East Murco Drive, 4:15 a.m. Caller said three males broke into a neighbor's pickup truck.

• WRECK – 2500 block of S.E. 1st Street,10:03 a.m.

• HARASSMENT– 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 11:31 a.m. A male said he is being harassed.

• BURGLARY – 300 block of N.W. 18th Street, 11:25 a.m. A shed was burglarized.

• ARREST – 800 block of South Oak Avenue, 12:18 a.m. Kristie N. Slay, 26, of Mineral Wells, was arrested at a store on outstanding warrants.

• CITIZEN ASSIST – 1500 block of S.E. 16th Avenue, 1:20 a.m.

• BURGLARY – 2000 block of S.E. 11th Street, 5:55 a.m. A residential burglary resulted in the reported theft of a handgun and other items.

• INFORMATION – 1300 block of S.E. 14th Avenue. A junior high school student was sent to the district's alternative education program.

• THEFT – 1700 block of Glidewell Road, 9:44 a.m. A man said his wallet was stolen while he was in Plano, and his debit card was used without his permission.

• INFORMATION – 100 Park Road 71, 11:26 a.m. A missing prescription was reported.

• FRAUD – 1300 block of FM Road 1821 North, 12:35 p.m. Money was reported missing from a bank account.

• ARREST – 1600 block of S.E. 22nd Avenue, 3:27 p.m. Mark E. Hailey, 48, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than 1 gram.

• THEFT – 1800 block of N.W. 3rd Avenue, 5:22 p.m. A female reported items were stolen from her.

• ARREST – 100 block of S.W. 5th Avenue,10:24 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Luis A. Padron, 26, of Millsap, on a misdemeanor charge of driving with an invalid license/enhanced.

• FRAUD – 100 block of Carl Kessler Boulevard, 9:37 p.m. A woman said her credit/debit card was fraudulently used after making a reservation at a local hotel.

SATURDAY, OCT. 26

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 200 block of N.E. 20th Street, 10:18 a.m. A gun was reportedly stolen from a vehicle.

• WRECK – 3400 block of FM Road 1195, 1:30 p.m.

• DOG BITE – 1400 block of S.E. 12th Street, 4:59 p.m. A male walking down a street was bitten by a dog.

• ARREST – 1800 block of S.E. 1st Street, 7:47 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Brandan A. Schutz, 34, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding city warrant.

• ARRESTS – 1100 block of S.E. 8th Street, 8:54 p.m. Baker F.Dillon, 26, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on felony charges of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance 4-200 grams and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon; and on an outstanding county warrant. Sage L. Taylor, 28, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on felony charges of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance 4-200 grams and hindering the apprehension/prosecution of a felon.

• ARREST – 1500 block of S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, 11:53 p.m. Robert L. Riggs, 46, of Weatherford, was arrested on an outstanding county arrest warrant.

• ASSAULT – 400 block of S.W. 3rd Avenue, 11:06 p.m. A female reportedly assaulted a male at a residence.

• ARRESTS – 2500 block of East Hubbard Street, 12:56 a.m. Levi D.York, 17, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession under 2 ounces; Casey D. Royer, 21, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and marijuana possession under 2 ounces.

• WRECK – 1500 block of S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, 2:32 a.m. Following a single-vehicle wreck, the driver fled the scene.

• SEXUAL ASSAULT – 100 block of Garrett Morris Parkway, 6:52 a.m. An outcry was made on behalf of a child in reference to a possible sexual assault.

• WRECK – 1300 block of East Hubbard Street, 9:05 a.m.

• THEFT – 900 block of N.W. 5th Avenue, 9 a.m. A child's bicycle was stolen overnight.

• WELFARE CONCERN – 2500 S.E. 14th Avenue, 9:47 a.m. Police were called to make forced entry into a vehicle to help and assess an unconscious female.

• ARREST – 1500 block of S.E. 18th Street, 9:28 a.m. Jacob M. Bruno, 39, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of theft under $100, accused of stealing a roommate's car key.

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 2900 block of S.E. 6th Street, 11:36 a.m.

• WRECK – 1900 block of S.E. 1st Street, 1:01 p.m.

• HIT-AND-RUN – 100 block of N.W. 4th Avenue, 3:16 p.m. A vehicle was struck in a parking lot at an unknown time.

• DOG BITE – 3400 block of N.E. 11th Street, 3:49 p.m. A woman reported her daughter was bitten by a dog.

• ANIMAL DEATH – S.W. 22nd Street and S.W. 9th Avenue, 7:02 p.m. A dog was found dead.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 6:24 p.m. A male and a female shoplifted from a store.

• ARREST – 100 Garrett Morris Parkway, 9:55 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Robert E. Stefee, 39, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding city warrant.

MONDAY, OCT. 28

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 1500 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 1:23 a.m. During an argument, a male reportedly ran his vehicle into his girlfriend's vehicle.

• FRAUD – 200 block of South Oak Avenue, 8:35 a.m. Identity theft reported.

• HARASSMENT – 1200 block of N.W. 3rd Avenue, 10:02 a.m. A female said an ex-boyfriend is harassing her.

• TRESPASSING – 300 block of FM Road 2256, 9:43 a.m. Fencing at the city's convenience station was cut.

• HIT-AND-RUN – 400 block of S.E. 12th Street, 1:30 p.m. Police said a power line was struck during a hit-and-run incident.

• ASSAULT – 200 block of South Oak Avenue,1:03 p.m. An Azle woman reported a domestic assault involving the impeding of breathing/circulation.

• WRECK – 200 block of N.E. 27th Avenue, 2:28 p.m.

• THEFT – 2000 block of S.E. 17th Avenue, 3:27 p.m. A female subject claimed her ex-boyfriend stole her phone.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 1000 block of S.W. 22nd Street, 5;11 p.m. A report that a male possibly displayed a firearm.

TUESDAY, OCT. 29

• ARREST – 400 block of S.W. 13th Street, 12:53 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Jimmy W. Hill, 44, of Mineral Wells, on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance 4-200 grams and misdemeanor charges of expired driver's license, expired registration and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

• ARREST – 4100 block of N.E. 4th Street, 9:53 a.m. A male reportedly threatened and assaulted a female. Jonathan B. Quintana, 39, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a misdemeanor charge of violating a bond/protective order and on city and county warrants.

• THEFT – 400 block of S.W. 3rd Avenue, 11:14 a.m. Property theft reported.

• SEXUAL ASSAULT – 3000 block of N.E. 2nd Street, 8 a.m. Police received a report of a male subject having sex with a child.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 2:28 p.m. A female was issued a citation for shoplifting.

• ARREST – 1900 block of S.E. 17th Avenue, 6:16 p.m. Dustin C. Wallace, 25, of Weatherford, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of interfering with an emergency request for assistance.

• PORNOGRAPHY – 1200 block of S.E. 14th Street, 3 p.m. A nude photo of a juvenile was posted on a social media site.

• FRAUD – 100 block of Country Club Parkway, 4:07 p.m. An account had an unauthorized charge.

• ASSAULT – 700 block of Warren Road, 7:44 p.m. Disorderly conduct at City Gym was reported.
