WEDNESDAY, OCT. 2

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 2000 block of S.E. 18th Street, 6:56 a.m. A vehicle sitting in a driveway had its tires slashed.

• WRECK – 200 block of S.W. 1st Avenue, 12:01 p.m.

• BURGLARY – 1400 block of Veterans Of Foreign Wars Street, 10:09 a.m. The VFW building was burglarized over night.

• WRECK – 22030 block of East Hubbard Street, 2:07 p.m.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 2:20 p.m. A female was issued a citation for theft from a store.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 400 block of Shady Oak Circle, 3:03 p.m. A vehicle was entered and damaged.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 500 block of S.E. 17th Street, 3:34 p.m. A vehicle was damaged.

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 4000 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 3:40 p.m. Property was taken from a vehicle.

• ARREST – 400 block of Sam Houston Avenue, 6:45 p.m. A disorderly conduct call resulted in the arrest of Steven R. Unerfusser, 23, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding city warrant.

• THEFT – 100 block of S.E. 6th Avenue, 8:46 p.m. A male and female reportedly stole items from a store.

• ANIMAL BITE – 500 block of N.W. 14th Street, 6:35 p.m. A child was bitten by a pet.

• ARREST – 700 block of S.E. 25th Avenue, 10:40 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Madison F. VanNatta, 20, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of expired vehicle registration and possession of drug paraphernalia, and on an outstanding city warrant.

THURSDAY, OCT. 3

• ARREST – 300 block of S.E. 7th Avenue, 3:10 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Ernest A. Porter, 61, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of marijuana possession under 2 ounces and failure to identify by giving false/fictitious information.

• SUICIDE ATTEMPT – 100 block of N.E. 9th Street, 7:23 a.m. A female attempted suicide.

• BURGLARY – 1300 block of S.E. 4th Avenue, 7:32 a.m. An AR-15 rifle was reported stolen from inside a residence.

• WRECK – 1700 block of S.E. 16th Street, 3:41 p.m.

• THEFT – 20 block of North Oak Avenue, 2:43 p.m. Theft of food from a restaurant reported.

• WRECK – 2000 block of S.E. 12th Street, 7:41 p.m.

• WRECK – 3200 block of N.E. 2nd Street, 8:15 p.m.

• HARASSMENT – 2500 block of North Oak Avenue, 9:29 p.m. A male using vulgar language was issued a criminal trespass warning at a convenience store.

FRIDAY, OCT. 4

• ARREST – 100 block of S.E. 4th Avenue, 2:26 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Theresa M. Peterson, 44, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding city warrant.

• THEFT – 3600 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 10:09 a.m. Property theft reported.

• RECOVERED PROPERTY – 200 block of South Oak Avenue, 11:36 a.m. A gun reported stolen in 1984 was recovered.

• WRECK – 2100 block of S.E. 1st Street, 12:37 p.m.

• ASSAULT – 1900 block of S.E. 12th Street, 9:27 p.m. A male said another male assaulted him.

SATURDAY, OCT. 5

• FRAUD – 100 block of S.E. 19th Street, 9:22 a.m. Victim's bank card information was fraudulently used.

• THEFT – 100 block of FM Road 1821 North;, 10:02 a.m. Missing electronic device reported.

• WRECK – 4500 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 5:50 p.m.

• ARREST – 100 block of FM Road 1821 North, 9:55 p.m. Jameel L. Major, 38, of Weatherford, was arrested on a parole violation warrant.

SUNDAY, OCT. 6

• ARREST – 500 block of S.W. 9th Street, 4:43 a.m. Peter Granados, 17, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.

• VEHICLE BURGLARY – 3000 block of N.E. 2nd Street, 7:36 a.m.

• VEHICLE THEFT – 2000 block of S.E. 11th Street, 12:30 p.m.

• ARREST – 1000 block of S.E. 11th Avenue, 2:30 p.m. Sandy L. Kirkpatrick, 24, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a probation violation warrant.

• WRECK – 4400 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 4:10 p.m.

• ARREST – 500 block of S.W. 1st Street, 8:28 p.m. Melissa A. Flagg, 44, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a probation violation warrant.

• VEHICLE THEFT – 300 block of S.E. 4th Avenue, 8:56 p.m. A male reported a known person stole his vehicle and phone.

• FOUND PROPERTY – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 10:02 p.m. A 9mm magazine was found on the ground.

• ARREST – 200 block of Country Club Parkway, 9 p.m. Two females became involved in a physical altercation. Timothy A. Leatherman Jr., 28, of Weatherford, was arrested on a city warrant.

MONDAY, OCT. 7

• ASSAULT – 2300 block of S.W. 4th Avenue, 10:24 a.m. A female said a male hit her with a door.

• THREAT – 200 block of South Oak Avenue, 11:21 a.m. A man said his son threatened to harm a female.

• ARREST – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 11:57 a.m. Cecilly N. Salas, 28, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of property theft $100-$750.

• FOUND PROPERTY – 1500 block of S.W. 2nd Avenue, 4:42 p.m. Two credit cards were found in the street.

• ARREST – 300 block of S.W. 15th Street, 6:24 p.m. Omar Chavez, 38, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a county warrant.

• NARCOTICS – 100 block of N.W. 6th Avenue, 5:43 p.m. Syringes found in a homeless camp in the woods.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 5:35 p.m. A juvenile was issued a citation or theft.

• NARCOTICS – 1200 block of West Hubbard Street, 7:21p.m. Marijuana was found next to a trash can behind the baseball fields at the West City Park.

• NARCOTICS – 1500 block of South Oak Avenue, 7:36 p.m. Syringes were found on the side of the road.

• ASSAULT – 700 block of S.E. 14th Street, 6:48 p.m. A man said his wife assaulted him.

• THEFT – 1600 block of S.W. 6th Avenue, 7:53 p.m. A missing dog is reportedly being kept by its previous owners.

TUESDAY, OCT. 8

• ARREST – 1600 block of S.E. Park Road, 12:28 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Joseph T. DiSilvestro, 17, of Weatherford, on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance 1-4 grams, possession of a controlled substance more than 20 units and a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession under 2 ounces.

• NARCOTICS – 1300 block of S.E. 14th Avenue, 9 a.m. Marijuana possession under 2 ounces.

• ABANDONED VEHICLE – 100 block of FM Road 1195, 10:36 a.m. An abandoned vehicle was towed.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 600 block of N.W. 3rd Street, 12:15 p.m. A male was observed nude, viewable to the public, and the reporting person said they were offended.

• WRECK – 300 block of S.W. 25th Avenue, 4:36 p.m.

• ASSAULT – 1800 block of S.E. 17th Avenue, 3:57 p.m. A male juvenile was assaulted by other juveniles at a bus stop.

• SEXUAL HARASSMENT – 300 block of N.W. 4th Street, 5:40 p.m. A female said she was sexually harassed.

• ARREST – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 5:52 p.m. Billie R.Smith, 38, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of theft/shoplifting under $100 and failure to identify by giving false/fictitious information.

• FRAUD – 600 block of S.E. 3rd Street, 5:57 p.m. Complainant said someone opened a satellite television service account in their name.

• CHILD CUSTODY – 2500 block of S.E. 13th Street, 6:06 p.m. Child custody dispute.

• FORGERY – 1600 block of S.E. 22nd Avenue, 6:56 p.m. A fake check was cashed at a store.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 100 block of N.E. 9th Street, 6:15 p.m. A female reported her neighbors attempted to shoot her dog with a BB gun while the dog was in the backyard with her son.

• ANIMAL BITE – 1400 block of Alamo Street, 8:09 p.m. A male was bitten while trying to break up a dog fight between two of his dogs.
