The map shows the locations and types of criminal offenses and activity reported to Mineral Wells police for the period Nov. 21-28, 2018.

Following are reports filed by Mineral Wells police based on calls for service for the period Nov. 21-28. Not all calls for service result in a filed report:

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 21

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1700 block of N.W. 5th Avenue, 1:29 a.m. Criminal mischief to a vehicle occurred in a store parking lot in the 600 block of FM Road 1821 North.

• ARREST – 4300 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 4:36 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Michael T. McInroe, 37, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding county warrant.

• SEXUAL ASSAULT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 10:29 a.m. A woman told police a man whom she met through an online dating app sexually assaulted her inside a vehicle.

• FOUND PROPERTY – 500 block of Travis Drive, 1:02 p.m. A person picking up trash found a cellphone and turned it over to police

• THEFT – 800 block of S.E. 8th Street, 1:38 p.m. A male and female reported their bicycles were stolen from a store parking lot in the 600 block of FM Road 1821 North.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 4:45 p.m. Three female juveniles were cited for theft from a store.

• FOUND PROPERTY – 200 block of North Oak Avenue, 5:31 p.m.

• ARREST – 300 block of S.W. 5th Street, 7:34 p.m. Rodney W. Berkley, 32, of Mineral Wells, was arrested misdemeanor charges of property theft $100-$750, property theft under $100 and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• ARREST – 500 block of N.E. 6th Avenue, 7:59 p.m. Tessie L. Smith, 33, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on two outstanding county warrants.

• ARREST – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 8:57 p.m. A disorderly conduct call resulted in the arrest of Shane D.Smith, 43, of Millsap, on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.

• ARREST – 100 block of S.E. 6th Avenue, 8:45 p.m. Police said male subjects stole two carts full of unpaid merchandise from a store. Tuff W. Kaler, 20, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of property theft $100-$750.

THURSDAY, NOV. 22

• BURGLARY ATTEMPT – 200 block of Garrett Morris Parkway, 12:51 a.m. A lock on an exterior gate was damaged along with other signs of attempted forced entry.

• DEATH – 1000 block of S.W. 19th Street, 3:29 p.m. Report of a deceased person.

• ARREST – 1400 block of N.W. 1st Avenue, 7:22 p.m. A disorderly conduct call resulted in the arrest of Jasmine N. Kithcart, 27, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of interfering with an emergency request for assistance.

• WELFARE CHECK – 1000 block of S.E. 2nd Avenue, 8:05 p.m. A child showed up at a residence. The child's parents were notified by a different neighbor. The mother's boyfriend retrieved the child. Child protection service was notified.

• ARREST – 500 block of N.W. 2nd Street, 9:19 p.m. A disorderly conduct call to an arrest of Bobby W. McGee, 35, of Corinth, on a misdemeanor charge of evading/arrest detention on foot.

• ARREST – 100 block of FM Road 1821 North, 9:26 p.m. Preston C. Walker, 32,of Albany, was arrested on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance less than one gram and a county arrest warrant; and misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, another county arrest warrant, public intoxication and failure to identify as a fugitive by giving false/fictitious information.

• ARREST – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 10:40 p.m. John D. Meier, 41, of Weatherford, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief $750-$2,500 and on a parole violation warrant.

FRIDAY, NOV. 23

• ARREST – 200 block of S.E. 25th Avenue, 12:53 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Juan C. Patino, 37,of Houston, on a misdemeanor charge of driving with an invalid license.

• ARREST – 400 block of S.W. 5th Street, 3:31 p.m. Margaret K. Marts, 55, of Millsap, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass.

• ARREST – 200 block of S.E. 6th Avenue, 8:15 a.m. A vehicle wreck resulted in the arrest of Shannon M. Fisher, 19, of Palo Pinto, on misdemeanor charges of no driver's license and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 400 block of N.W. 2 Street, 10:14 a.m. Two females got into a fight.

• ARREST – 1900 block of S.W. 5th Avenue, 11:15 a.m. David E. Meece, 54, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding city warrant.

• ARREST – 1200 block of S.E. 11th Street, 2:05 p.m. Destiny D. Frisbie, 19, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• ARREST – 800 block of South Oak Avenue, 3:43 p.m. Robert L. Heise, 25, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of possession of a prohibited weapon-brass knuckles.

• AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – 100 block of S.E. 17th Avenue, 5:31 p.m. A man said he was threatened at knifepoint in a store parking lot.

SATURDAY, NOV. 24

• ARREST – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 1:47 a.m. Brenna K. Zickel, 23, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of property theft under $100.

• ARREST – 2500 block of S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, 9:38 a.m. Police said a man forced his way inside an apartment and assaulted people there. Garry R. Wooten, 61, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a felony charge of burglary of a habitation.

• INFORMATION – 1000 block of S.W. 3rd Avenue, 12:14 p.m. Multiple fowl possibly used for cock fighting were found in a backyard.

• THEFT – 700 S.E. 25th Avenue, 3:47 p.m. A wallet was found on a roadway and turned in, but money inside had been removed.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1600 block of N.W. 3rd Avenue, 5:41 p.m.

• THEFT – 1400 block of N.W. 3rd Avenue, 11:32 p.m. Video surveillance camera was reportedly stolen from a property.

SUNDAY, NOV. 25

• ARREST – 200 block of East Hubbard Street, 8:43 a.m. A suspicious person report at the Baker Hotel resulted in the arrest of Zachary J. Baker, 27, of Amarillo, on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance 1-4 grams, and misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and unlawfully carrying a weapon.

• ASSAULT – 600 block of S.W. 24th Street, 11:32 a.m. A male allegedly assaulted his girlfriend and then left.

• ASSAULT – 300 block of Country Club Parkway, 12:47 p.m. A female reportedly assaulted another female while preventing her from calling emergency assistance.

• ASSAULT – 2300 block of S.W. 2nd Avenue,1:40 p.m. A male reportedly slapped a female while she was holding a child.

• DOG BITE – 500 block of S.W. 22nd Street, 4:55 p.m. A dog bit a female.

• INFORMATION – 1400 block of S.E. 15th Street, 6:46 p.m. A father wanted marks left on his daughter from discipline documented.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 1400 block of S.E. 18th Street, 11:23 p.m. A male reportedly threatened to kill his girlfriend.

MONDAY, NOV. 26

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 1900 block of S.E. 6th Avenue, 6:59 a.m. Disorderly conduct and possible assault reported.

• ARREST – 1801 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 8:13 a.m. A disorderly conduct call resulted in the arrest of Martin Galvan, 26, of Mineral Wells, on two outstanding city warrants.

• ASSAULT – 800 block of S.E. 4th Avenue, 2:22 p.m.

• FRAUD – 800 block of Pasadena Boulevard, 2:22 p.m. A scam was reported.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 2200 block of S.E. 21st Street, 4:37 p.m. Someone cut a vehicle tire.

• ROBBERY – 800 block of South Oak Avenue, 4:10 p.m. A male told police he was robbed.

• ARREST – 1000 block of S.W. 3rd Avenue, 6:23 p.m. A disorderly conduct call resulted in the arrest of James R. Edwards Jr., 52, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of assault by threat.

• ARRESTS – 400 block of N.W. 2nd Street, 10:04 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrests of Michael G. Fewell, 49, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of driving with an invalid license, and Ashley N. Brooks, 25, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding county warrant.

TUESDAY, NOV. 27

• ARRESTS – 2000 block of Garrett Morris Parkway, 1:57 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrests of Edward G. Smith Jr., 26, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of driving with an invalid license, and Colby R. Spoon, 28, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of possession of a prohibited weapon-brass knuckles.

• INFORMATION – 3800 block of Ram Boulevard, 7:20 a.m.

• LOST PROPERTY – 600 block of N.W. 2nd Avenue, 10:04 a.m.

• CRIMINAL TRESPASS – 500 block of S.E. 5th Avenue, 12:39 p.m. A male reportedly trespassed at a residence.

• SEXUAL ASSAULT – 900 block of Brazos Drive, 5:10 p.m. A report was made of sexual assault of a minor.

• CIVIL DISPUTE – 200 block of Evergreen Drive, 5:10 p.m. Violation of temporary orders in a lawsuit involving parent-child relationship.

• EVADING – 1200 block of East Hubbard Street, 10:26 p.m. During an attempted traffic stop, a male evaded police and ran through a fence in the process.

• THEFT – 1500 block of S.W. 4th Avenue, 11:44 p.m. Gasoline was stolen from a truck's gas tank.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 28

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 100 block of S.W. 1st Avenue, 8:30 a.m. Criminal mischief in the amount of $750-$2,500 reported.

• THEFT – 2500 block of North Oak Avenue, 4:16 p.m. Property theft under $100.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 6:41 p.m. Theft from a store in the amount of $100-$750.
