WEDNESDAY, NOV. 6

• WRECK – 1500 block of S.E. 1st Street, 11:58 a.m.

• HIT-AND-RUN – 200 block of South Oak Avenue, 12:56 p.m. Occurred in a private parking lot.

• DOG BITE –1000 block of N.W. 4th Avenue, 1:37 p.m. While walking her dog, a woman was bitten by a dog on the loose.

• ARREST/SEARCH WARRANT – 300 block of N.W. 5 Avenue, 1:45 p.m.

• INFORMATION – 400 block of Shady Oak Circle, 3:25 p.m. Subjects were evicted from a housing unit and left the gas on tn a suspected attempt to cause a reaction.

• BURGLARY – 200 block of S.E. 1st Avenue, 4:33 p.m. Burglary of a building.

• DOG BITE – 1100 block of S.W. 12th Street, 5:56 p.m. A female was bitten by a stray dog.

• ARRESTS – 4100 block of U.S. Highway 180 East, 9:45 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrests of Garrett W. Griffin, 20, of Fort Worth, on an outstanding county warrant; and the driver, Angelita A. Presser, 19, of Millsap, on a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession under 2 ounces.

THURSDAY, NOV. 7

• ARREST – 300 block of S.W. 8th Street, 12:02 a.m. A suspicious person call resulted in the arrest of Nathan D. Siegel, 36, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding county warrant.

• ARREST – 900 block of S.W. 21st Street, 12:58 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Lisa S. Peralez, 40, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of driving with an invalid license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• WRECK – 700 block of South Oak Avenue, 7:32 a.m.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 12:42 p.m. A woman said her ex-boyfriend stole her smart watch and a laptop computer.

• ARREST – 3800 block of Ram Boulevard, 4:14 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Robin L. Bush, 47, of Mineral Wells, on outstanding city and county warrants.

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 2500 block of Garrett Morris Parkway, 3:16 p.m.

• ARREST – 800 block of South Oak Avenue, 5:16 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Donny R. O’Shield III, 33, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding county warrant.

• ARRESTS – 200 block of East Hubbard Street, 6:51 p.m. Two males were arrested at the Baker Hotel and charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing. They were Robert G. Collins Jr., 48, of La Vernia, and David B. Smith, 43, of San Antonio.

• ANIMAL BITE – 500 block of S.E. 3rd Street, 5:29 p.m. Animal bite report.

• ARREST – Harvey Road, 10:27 p.m. Christopher W. Stanton, 19, of Brownwood, was arrested on an outstanding county warrant.

• TRAFFIC – 600 block of S.W. 17th Street, 11:40 p.m. An abandoned vehicle was towed for obstructing the roadway.

FRIDAY, NOV. 8

• DISORDERLY CONDUCT – 300 block of N.W. 13th Street, 1:51 a.m.

• ARREST – 300 block of N.W. 4th Street, 1:50 a.m. Michael L. Kilgore Jr., 24, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a city warrant and violation of a protective order.

• SEXUAL ASSAULT – 1500 block of South Oak Avenue, 4:21 a.m. A female reported being sexually assaulted.

• THREATS – 100 block of Carl Kessler Boulevard, 10:55 a.m. A woman said her husband sent her threatening text messages.

• THEFT – 3200 N.E. 2nd Street, 2:10 p.m. A bicycle was stolen from behind a restaurant while its owner was working.

• TRESPASSING – 1700 block of U.S. Highway 180 West, 3:15 p.m. ;Subjects were issued criminal trespass warnings.

• ARREST – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 5:15 p.m. Stormie D. Foster, 28, of Mineral Wells, was arrested at a store on a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespassing. A male who was with her was issued a citation for theft.

• WRECK – S.E. 6th Avenue and East Hubbard Street, 5:41 p.m.

• THEFT – 400 block of S.W. 18th Street, 5:29 p.m. A male allegedly sold a truck to an individual, collected $400 as a down payment, and then trespassed on private property to take the truck back without refunding the money.

• FRAUD – 1700 block of U.S. Highway 180; West, 9:30 p.m. A phone account was fraudulently opened by someone believed to be in California.

SATURDAY, NOV. 9

• ARRESTS – 200 block of East Hubbard Street, 2:53 a.m. Three males were arrested for criminal trespass at the Baker Hotel. They were identified as Trenton W. Duffer, 18, of Irving; Andres Fuentes Jr., 18, of Irving; and Jayson N. Payton, 19, of Irving.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 114 S.E. 9th Avenue, 9:48 a.m. A wall was damaged overnight.

• ARRESTS – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 11:49 a.m. A male and a female reportedly stole merchandise from a store. Arrested for the second time in as many days was Stormie D. Foster, 28, of Mineral Wells, on a felony charge of property theft under $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, and on a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass. Also arrested was 28, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of property theft $100-$750.

• CRIMINAL TRESPASS – 2000 block of S.E. 1st Street, 3:20 p.m. A business’ back door was damaged.

• THEFT – 600 block of FM Road 1821, 6:22 p.m. A f male apprehended shoplifting.

• ARREST – 100 block of Carl Kessler Boulevard, 10:23 p.m. Hotel property was damaged. Gregory L. Hundley, 29, of Lipan, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief $750-$2,500.

• ARREST – 2500 block of East Hubbard Street, 12:27 a.m. Amie L. Krieder, 41, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.

• THEFT – 800 block of North Oak Avenue, 9:36 p.m. A woman said a man stole her purse.

SUNDAY, NOV. 10

• ARREST – 1300 block of S.E. 14th Avenue, 1:01 a.m. Nathan D. Harrison, 21, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication and on an outstanding county warrant.

• ARREST – 1300 block of S.E. 18th Street, 1:22 a.m. A male driver reportedly left the scene of a wreck. Police arrested Andrew R. Medron, 26, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of failure to stop and give information.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 1500 block of S.E. 21st Street, 3:08 a.m. A man reportedly busted a window at the residence of his ex-wife.

• DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE – 300 block of N.W. 17th Street, 11:53 a.m. A male allegedly assaulted a female.

• DEADLY CONDUCT – 1000 block of S.W. 10th Street, 12:07 p.m. Four subjects were reportedly involved in pointing a gun at a male.

• NARCOTICS COMPLAINT – 100 block of S.E. 19th Street, 2:06 p.m.

• VEHICLE THEFT – 900 block of Brazos Drive, 2:06 p.m. A vehicle was taken with out the owner’s permission.

• ARREST – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 2:57 p.m. Troy W. Lewallen, 34, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of property theft $100-$750. Lewallen was arrested two hours later on another misdemeanor charge of property theft $100-$750 related to an alleged shoplifting incident at the same store on April 3, according to police reports.

• DOG BITE – 1700 block of S.E. 15th Street, 6:22 p.m. A female was accidentally bitten by her dog while they were playing.

• ARREST – 1500 block of S.E. 18th Street, 7:52 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Timothy C. Hawkins, 38, of Mineral Wells, on misdemeanor charges of driving with an expired license and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

MONDAY, NOV. 11

• NARCOTICS COMPLAINT – 900 block of North Oak Avenue, 7:36 a.m.

• COUNTERFEIT – 600 block of FM Road 1821 North, 11:24 a.m. A male reportedly passed counterfeit money at a gas station.

• THEFT – 800 block of South Oak Avenue, 11:41 a.m. Owners of a store alleged an employee stole money.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 1600 block of N.W. 3rd Avenue,12:40 p.m. A gate latch was damaged.

• THREATS – 100 block of Washington Avenue, 3:28 p.m. Subjects terminated from a business allegedly made threats toward the employer.

• ARREST – 800 block of S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, 7:50 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Destiny E. Rodriguez, 18, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding county warrant.

• FRAUD – 400 block of S.W. 25th Avenue, 8:51 p.m. Police said a female impersonated a doctor in an attempt to obtain prescription medication from the hospital.

• ARREST – 1000 block of N.W. 4th Avenue, 9:12 p.m. A domestic disturbance call resulted in the arrest of Robert A. Gatlin-Bivins, 24, of Mineral Wells, on a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession under 2 ounces.

TUESDAY, NOV. 12

• WRECK – 2100 block of S.E. 1st Street, 6:50 a.m. Two-vehicle wreck occurred.

• BURGLARY – 100 block of S.W. 4th Avenue, 8:43 a.m. A male stays inside a building after hours.

• THREATS – 3800 block of Ram Boulevard, 3:30 p.m. Threats made putting the victim in fear of bodily injury.

• ARRESTS – 100 block of Carl Kessler Boulevard, 3:52 p.m. Stormie D. Foster, 28, of Mineral Wells, was arrested for a third time in five days on an outstanding county warrant. Also arrested – for the second time in three days – was Zackary L. Nickel, 28, of Mineral Wells, also on an outstanding county warrant.

• THEFT – 300 block of S.W. 5th Street, 4:42 p.m. Glasses were reportedly stolen from a residence.

• ARREST – 1000 block of S.W. 5th Avenue, 6:30 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of Omar Chavez, 38, on an outstanding county warrant.

• ASSAULT – 200 block of N.E. 27th Avenue, 7:38 p.m. A female was bitten by another female after a verbal altercation.

• ARREST – 800 block of South Oak Avenue, 7:51 p.m. Angela M.Pair, 45, of Mineral Wells, was arrested on an outstanding city warrant.

• BURGLARY – 300 block of N.W. 5th Street, 8:06 p.m. A residential burglary was reported.

• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – 100 block of S.E. 19th Street, 8:18 p.m. A man said a female damaged his phone.

• ARRESTS – 100 block of N.W. 3rd Street, 10:25 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the arrests of Whitney Chorak, 25, of Mineral Wells, on an outstanding city warrant; and Dominique Dominguez Davila, 22, of Mineral Wells, also on an outstanding city warrant.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 13

• 300 block of Barker Road, 12 a.m. Criminal mischief $100-$750.

• 700 block of S.E. 25th Avenue, 1:33 a.m. Possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.

• 2100 block of S.E. 18th Street, 8:05 a.m. Criminal mischief under $100.

• 500 block of N.W. 14th Street, 2 p.m. Assault/family violence.
