A public information meeting is set for next week regarding Mineral Wells' Central Historic District nomination to the National Register of Historic Places.
The meeting is 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 20, at the Mineral Wells City Council Chambers, located inside the City Hall Annex, 115 S.W. 1st Street.
Ample parking is available in front of, and immediately adjacent to, the annex facility.
Representatives of the Texas Historical Commission will be in attendance to answer questions concerning the nomination of the Mineral Wells Central Historic District to the National Register of Historic Places.
The nomination paperwork being considered can be reviewed at http://www.thc.state.tx.us/sbrmeeting.
Contributing properties are designated in black; Noncontributing properties are marked in white on the map.
