Graford opened District 21-A play by topping the century mark with a 104-17 whipping of Woodson Friday as the Rabbits improved to 18-6 on the season.
Graford’s attack offense provided points from all over the floor and the Rabbits had enough points to win before the first quarter was over.
Xavier Harrison’s double-double led the way for Graford as he pumped in 25 points. Marc Matthews also added a double-double to the Rabbits’ statistics as he scored 10 points and had an equal number of rebounds.
Levi Butler’s five three-pointers accounted for 15 points as Graford dialed long-distance as a team 14 times. Cody Lemley also pumped in 15 points while Tanner Ford scored 14, Micah Manley had 11, Robert Kincaid notched nine Josue Torres finished with six and Dustin Matthews nailed a three-pointer.
Graford travels to Perrin for more district action Tuesday, Jan. 21, for an 8 p.m. game against the Pirates. The Rabbits are still on the road Friday and travel to Woodson.
